Hello Lybrate user you should loose your weight. You should also take janu basti (a panchkarma theray) for quick results. Do some yoga and pranayam. Take plenty of water. Take high fiber amd low fat diet.

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Mindful eating needs professional help. There are amny myths in foods as what is good for weight loss and what is notl Green yellow orange shoukd be your choice of colours for vegetables. Seasonal fruits should be your choice of fruits. Restrict Mango and jackfruit. Usee less oil in cooking.

You have to find time for a 45 minute exercise. You have to take at least 2 cups of vegetable in each meal lunch and dinner. One to rwo cups of freshly cut fruits in between meals. Use less oil in cooking. Eat food cooked outside the house as less as possible.
