Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet do exercise.

Hi, please follow these tips: don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 pm, take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch tv till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and a homoeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique as in 1 above. Repeat the above process every 3rd day and see the growth in 1 month. Take a red mushroom called ganoderma 5 gms. 2 times per day at 12 hours interval for 3 months. Also, Pituitarin 30 one dose repeat after 15 days no further dose repeat after two month the same way All the above would definitely help to grow the beard. (If possible, share the pictures with me prior starting this treatment. Want to see the condition).

Hello. Laziness is due to dietary deficiency because when you not take enough nutrition your body feel week and it leads to laziness. Take enough calories needed by your body. Eat healthy breakfast which gives you energy in daily life. Take protein in your diet because its good for energy. Take milk and milk products in your diet. Eat nuts daily. It gives you energy. Drink plenty of water to keeps you hydrated. Take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa daily. Take one spoon twice a day half an hr after meal. This will be help you.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and repeat lipid profile after six months.

I will suggest you to avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and revert with your findings after a week.

Main type of fat found in all kinds of olive oil is monounsaturated fatty acids which is a good fat. It lowers your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. So good for heart. Foods rich in iron, b12 are liver, red meat, dried fruits such as apricots, raisins, nuts, beans, green leafy vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli, whole grains, fruits. Dairy products.

Hello. You can use ayurvedic ubtan for cleaning d face. It removes excessive oil, acts as scruber for removing dirt and dark spots, maintains proper moisture of skin. Apply moist ubtan on wet face and scrub for 1 or 2 minutes and then wash wid water. Apply facepack containing herbs powder like manjishtha, sariva, neem, triphala, rose petals. You can mix them in equal quantity and preserve it for daily use. Avoid spicy & salty food. Keep urself hydrated. Take fruits everyday. Avoid excessive stress. Keep your skin healthy wid yogasan and pranayam.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg. Take simpal veg food with salad. Take less as you fill hungery lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening. In office after 1 or 2 hours gets up from chair walk in office for few minutes than again start work will help to you. For medicinal advice ask privetly. Dr. Tare.

Liposuction does give good results but the results last only if you start working out and eat a healthy diet. Otherwise you will gain back the weight.

In this age this is very common problem due to harmonal changes, indigestion etc. Do not worry. You may apply leon juice on the acne area for half an hour daily morning and evening and after that wash wash your face. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid constipation, junk, oily and spicy food.

A SIMPLE AND GOLDEN RULE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Increase the amount of exercise and physical activity you get.

There are all sorts of weight loss programs claiming that they have the way to get fit and lose weight without exercise. What they all have in common is that they’re getting it wrong. Exercise is not a negotiable aspect for weight loss. The important thing to understand is that you have to get the body moving more than it currently is. That means different things for different people. Most of us have a sedentary life. Life is no longer active for us. We don't have to work in fields or get water from a well or travel places on foot. Life has been really simplified for us. Every work is now done by the click of a button. So, including some form of exercise becomes mandatory.

If you currently lead a sedentary lifestyle, you don’t want to go zero to three sixty overnight, or you’ll end up getting burned out. If you’re already pretty active you might want to consider amping things up and taking it to the next level if you’ve found that you’ve reached a plateau.

Another point to consider is that it doesn’t really matter what you do, or how much of it you do in any given day, but you’ll want to do it at least three times a week if it’s strenuous, or every day if it’s walking or other light activities.

My skin at the back and front of the hands irritates at various places early in the morning, if i had spicy food or pickle in the evening. The skin has become thick on these spots, mostly at the points at joints or places where there is friction with other things. This problem is persisting for last 15 years.

It seems to be a problem due to constant itching and scratching leading to a condition called lichen simplex chronicus. The underlying cause is skin hypersensitivity. It needs to be treated with emollients and topical medications.
