Relax, rest, sleep, do not read for long time at a time, read, rest, read, follow r-r-r method, rest will relax brain, eat nutrients regularly , stop disturbing machines in room, switch off those machines to concentrate, internal peace will make concentration, memory will enhance as stress lowers.

I am a 18 year old student, sometimes I feel very unusual like hitting someone's face or breaking my stuff, I also have concentration problem, like whenever I try to study or focus on something my attention goes and I start thinking and dreaming about something else, for your convenience I add that I had a brain injury during my childhood which lead to swelling in my scalp that time.

Failure is also an achievement. Try to understand your level by result. Muhammad gajanawi falied 17 times. Shri ram failed several times. Gandhiji failed to make india free in 1930. All fail in life. They try and get success. Get movivated to learn systematically. Tolerate. Work and live detached from its result as result depends on result givers too. If their mood is bad they give 0/100. Then why do you feel failure. It is failure of result -givers. Think positive about self and ability.

Decrease frequency of cigarettes per day. Gradually you will tolerate it. Only less number of cigarettes will satisfy you. At last you will never need it. You will not feel withdrawal symptoms by this method. You should drink juice several times during quitting cigarettes. Thanks.

My weight is 98 kg. My age is 45. I have been on medication for 8 years from reputed psychatrist. After starting medication my weight has put on. Is it true depression medicine viz flunil 25 mg.
