Rashes have diffent reasons to occur. Use lactocalamine lotion at night time use sunscreen broad spectrum spf 50. Use cream tretoinin at once a day.

Use face wash containing glycolic acid and salicyclic acid. Twice a day. Use adaplene gel 2% twice a day over the face. Use iont tretion at night.

Do facial exercise daily. Upper big lip concern is may be due to outwards of upper teeth. Go to dentist.
