Consult a Pediatrician immediately & get your baby evaluated. Crying a lot, refusing food etc. May be an indication of some underlying physical problem. As babies at this age cannot express themselves, so as a mother you should always observe him for any change of behavior & habits, which will give you lots of indication regarding his inner health. Along with, continue breast feeding & eat nutritious diet.

Get her vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and we should also go for a 2DECHO to rule out any anatomical defect in the heart.

I have one daughter and her weight is 13 KG and age is 3.5 years Weight is okay or not as per age.

MD - Paediatrics, Diploma in Child Health (DCH)
Pediatrician, Mumbai
Weight is reasonably okay by age. At 3 and a half years most indian children weigh between 12 and 15 kgs. So, 13.5 is fine, but she can be better off by adding a kilo or so. But you don't need to worry at this weight.

No, it's not a problem at all. Don't worry. And you need not treat so called cold at all, if child is taking breast feeds well, putting on weight and is active.

My 9 month old baby is not sleeping well at night he s having disturb slp at night. I started solid food for him wat s the last time at night to food him. And wat to give him at night for dinner I still breast feed him.

My 9 month old baby is not sleeping well at night he s having disturb slp at night. I started solid food for him wat ...
1. A child will not sleep through the night i. E it will wake up a few times at night when it is breastfeeding. This is natural, so do not worry so much. Continue breastfeeding till he is a year old and then slowly wean him off. He will have a good nights sleep once he is off breast feed 2. For dinner - for a 9 month old, well cooked rice with well cooked mashed vegetables is a great dinner option. Millet's are great too. You can use it instead of rice, but please give a test dose to ensure that it suits your child. Vegetables are rich in fiber so that will keep him full 3. The time for dinner depends on his bedtime. If he sleeps at ten then you should give him the last solid by 9 pm 4. Avoid sugar or any sugar based products after 7pm. Sugar tends to give instant energy and thus causes delayed and disturbed sleep in children.

Try to include more carbohydrates and proteins. Give her more dals, chana, rajmah, soya, egg, chicken, fish, paneer for Protein. Make sure that the child is eating healthy nutritious home cooked meals and not eating junk food. Get the child's height and weight measured regularly to ensure proper growth and development.
