The solution for this problem is its reduced usage and while using computor use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks and do neck stretching exercises for 2-3 minutes. Homoeopathic medicine CINELUBE EYE DROPS ( HAPDCO) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily.

Looks like you are experiencing a normal entoptic phenomenon. For safety sake get your retina evaluated. If that is fine then you dont have to worry.

Egg mask and iced water can be used to make eyes feel fresh. Eat foods such as carrots and spinach to make your eyes beautiful. Whenever possible, avoid that makeup and masks of foundation. Green tea bag helps reduce inflammation to keep your eyes bright.

Surgery is the only option. But make sure you have good corrected vision in the right eye otherwise it will squint again.

vitreous floaters is very common complaint after cataract surgery & if there is no retinal pathology you should ignore ,it is generally due to post vitreous detachment very common in old age.
