Respected sir, i'm too fat, and I like a lot to eat but when I eat for one time it takes a lot of time to get digested, inspite of the late digestion when I again eat then I will suffer from descentry, and also when I go for bathroom (unloading) then it takes half an hour for unloading, for unloading I need to keep a lot of pressure. Dear friend you have a problem of delayed metabolism your digestion and fat deposition problems are also due to it you have to start physical workouts and managed diet to improve metabolism and digestion. My son aged 14 years had typhoid fever in january. 2015 and a relapse in feb. 15. He is al right now but some times complain of stomach pain and loose motion whenever he eat fried food. Please suggest.

I got angioplasty in 2003. I experience pain in right wrist and in above chest along with neck, up to chin. Lipid profile indicates ldl around 32 orvso. Stress echo which continued around 10 minutes on tmt has to be stopped since I was getting'swans foolna.

Please reduce your weight, it is 85 kg please sleep early and wake up early go for morning walk in greenery do pranayam and yoga daily take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid heavy and fatty diet avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. I have been suffering from muscle stiffness and knee joint pains for last 3 years and the doctors said it is because of deficiency of vitamin d, also it takes time to go in gears after rising from the bed especially feeling lazy but once I am on my toes no problems. I am taking vitamin d tablets once in a week for the last 2 and half years, but no improvement. Natural Treatment 1.Mix 1 tsf of Apple cider vinegar and 1 Tsf of lemon juice in acup of lukewarm water and drink it everyday in morning in empty stomach for 2-3 months 2. Mix 1 tsf of honey with 1 tsf of lemon juice in a glass of hot water and drink it daily in the morning in empty stomach for 2-3 months 3. Take 2-3 cups of green tea daily 4. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables/tomato/carrots and fruits 5. Take whole grain foods like whole wheat/brown rice/barley 6. Eat high fibre containing food 7. Avoid red meat, egg yolk, take lean meat like fish/chicken 8.Don’t skip your breakfast 9. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30-45 minutes daily 10. Drink plenty of water.

मुँहासे सबसे आम त्वचा की समस्याओं में से एक है। मुँहासे त्वचा की सूजन होती है जिसमें वसामय ग्रंथियां बैक्टीरिया से संक्रमित होती हैं, फूल जाती हैं, और मवाद से भर जाती हैं। तेल ग्रंथियों द्वारा अतिरिक्त सेबम स्राव इस समस्या का मुख्य कारण है। आम तौर पर मुंह चेहरे, गर्दन, पीठ और कंधे पर होते हैं। यद्यपि यह एक गंभीर स्थिति नहीं है, लेकिन मुँहासे किसी व्यक्ति को उनके स्वरूप के कारण दुखी महसूस करा सकते हैं।
हमारी त्वचा हमारे आंतरिक स्वास्थ्य का प्रतिबिंब है। चमकदार और सुंदर त्वचा उचित देखभाल, जलयोजन और एक स्वस्थ आहार दिखाती है। दूसरी ओर, व्हाइटहेड्स, ब्लैकहेड्स और अन्य मुँहासे के साथ ग्रस्त त्वचा ऑक्सीडेटिव क्षति, खराब पोषण और हार्मोनल असंतुलन का संकेत मिलता है।
 

मुँहासे के कारण: मुँहासे के मुख्य कारणों में भरा हुआ छिद्र, बैक्टीरिया, अतिरिक्त तेल उत्पादन और मृत त्वचा कोशिकाएँ शामिल हैं। हार्मोन, असंतुलित आहार, तनाव और कॉरटेक्टोस्टिरॉइड्स, एण्ड्रोजन, गर्भनिरोधक गोलियां और लिथियम सहित कुछ दवाएं मुँहासे की स्थिति को और खराब कर सकते हैं।
 

मुँहासे के लिए उपचार: कई लोग मुँहासे के इलाज के लिए प्राकृतिक घरेलू उपायों के बजाय संभावित खतरनाक दवाओं और सामयिक दवाएं चुनते हैं। जबकि यह क्रूर रसायन और चिकित्सक निर्धारित त्वचा के लिए छाल और लेजर दवाएं, चिरकारी परिस्थितियों के लिए आदर्श दृष्टिकोण हैं, परंतु प्राकृतिक घरेलू उपचार अस्थायी मुँहासे से छुटकारा पाने के लिए एक अच्छा तरीका है।
 

मुँहासे से छुटकारा पाने के लिए यहां कुछ अद्भुत प्राकृतिक घरेलू उपचार दिए गए हैं:
1. त्वचा की सफाई: 
जिद्दी मुँहासे ब्लैकहैड्स और व्हाइटहेड्स से छुटकारा पाना, त्वचा के उचित लेकिन कोमल सफाई से शुरू होते हैं। गर्दन, छाती, चेहरे और ऊपरी पीठ को साफ करने के लिए एक हल्के, गैर अपघर्षक और प्राकृतिक क्लिन्ज़र का उपयोग करना स्वाभाविक रूप से मुँहासे से छुटकारा पाने मंा बहुत मदद कर सकता है। डिटर्जेंट और अन्य कृत्रिम एजेंटों से बचने बेहतर होगा।
2. टोनिंग के लिए: उचित त्वचा देखभाल में टोनिंग बहुत महत्वपूर्ण कदम है क्योंकि यह सफाई के बाद किसी भी अवशेष को हटाने में मदद करता है और त्वचा की प्राकृतिक पीएच स्तर को बनाए रखने में मदद करता है।
एक रूई की गेंद को सिरका में डुबो लें और इसे विशेष रूप से प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर लागू करें।
3. बर्फ: बर्फ को लालिमा, सूजन और मुँहासे की सूजन को जल्दी से कम करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। यह प्रभावित क्षेत्र के रक्त परिसंचरण में सुधार लाने में, त्वचा को कसने में और त्वचा से गंदगी और तेल को निकालने में मदद करता है। एक छोटे से कपड़े में बर्फ लपेटें और कुछ सेकंड के लिए प्रभावित त्वचा क्षेत्र पर इसे लगाएँ। 
4. नींबू: नींबू विटामिन सी में समृद्ध है और इसमे कसैले गुण हैं। इसमें साइट्रिक एसिड भी है जो त्वचा से मृत कोशिकाओं को हटाने को बढ़ावा देता है। साइट्रस अर्क एक जीवाणु-नाशी के रूप में भी कार्य करेगा और सूक्ष्म जीवों को मार देगा। आप नींद से पहले प्रभावित ज़ोन में नींबू का रस लागू कर सकते हैं।
5. टूथपेस्ट: टूथपेस्ट आपके चेहरे को आपके दाँत की तरह, प्रभावी ढंग से साफ कर सकती है। बर्फ उपचार के बाद इस्तेमाल होने पर यह सबसे प्रभावी होता है। बिस्तर पर जाने से पहले प्रभावित त्वचा क्षेत्र पर कुछ सफेद टूथपेस्ट लागू करें और सुबह अपना चेहरा धो लें। 
6. चाय के पेड़ का तेल: इसमें जीवाणुरोधी गुण होते हैं, जो कि त्वचा की समस्याएं पैदा करने वाले बैक्टीरिया से लड़ने में मदद करते हैं। यह ब्लैकहैड्स और व्हाइटहेड्स को सुखाने में भी मदद करता है। इसके अलावा, इसके शांतिदायक गुण मुँहासे की लाली और सूजन को कम करने में मदद करते हैं।
बस चाय के पेड़ के तेल में एक रूई की गेंद डुबा लें और इसे प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर लागू करें। 15 से 20 मिनट के बाद अपना चेहरा धो लें।

मुँहासे से छुटकारा पाने के बाद, अपने स्वस्थ आहार को जारी रखना, पर्याप्त पानी पीना और अपनी नई त्वचा देखभाल के दिनचर्या को जारी रखना महत्वपूर्ण है।

The big question so what do we do to have flawless skin, stronger nails and hair. Eat a balanced diet, keep yourself well hydrated and include these in your diet

1. Protein: lean meats, chicken, seafood, legumes, eggs and dairy products

2. Omega fatty acids: tuna, salmon and sardines and for vegetarians please supplement yourselves with omega fatty acids

3. Iron & vitamin c: legume, red meat, citrus fruits, capsicum

4. Nuts: for essential fatty acids

5. Beta carotene: carrot, watermelon, tomatoes.

6. Vitamin d: cheese, beef, mushrooms and plenty of sunlight.

Beauty is surely from within. Don't look for quick fixes look for long term solutions.

Hye. Thank you for your query. The reason you are not losing fats is because you are on a restricted diet. Diet is not about not eating but hour eating sensibly. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair whitening. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.
