It may be inflammation of some soft tissue under your hip bone. Do religious ice compression 3-4 times in a day. If you will not get any relief then please come online for examination.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

I' m suffering from frozen shoulder from last five months and my left arm is lifting till 90 degree only with continuous pain. Let me know what to do?

Treatment of frozen shoulder is done by exercise and physiotherapy. Sometimes it can take months to get relief. In severe cases manipulation of the shoulder is done under anesthesia to give quicker relief. Ice packs immediately before and after physio will help reduce the pain during physio. Hi Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Actually pain at calf/Leg region can be due to many reasons , commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to Tendons, Nerves, Blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be : - Ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - Take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - Stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - Intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - Slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - We will get some blood tests for you - Serum Vitamin D and serum Potassium levels, ESR and CRP Once you have all these reports then you can contact me as i can advise you for proper supplementation Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. I am having a lot of pain in are above my both foot heels. It is more prevalent when I wake up in the morning .I don't drink and smoke .Please suggest what it could be .I never had any accident or having any kind of injury .The pain remains throughout the day and it's harming while walking running everyday. I am 45yrs old I have multiple joint pains and muscle pain for last six months what shoud I do.

Joint & muscle pains are quite common ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore.

I have a sprain on my right foot plzzz tell me what shud I do to make the pain low.
You can first use the rice approach to treat your ankle: rest: you may need to use crutches until you can walk without pain. Ice: for at least the first 24 to 72 hours or until the swelling goes down, apply an ice pack for 10 to 20 minutes every hour or two during the day. Always keep a thin cloth between the ice and your skin, and press the ice pack firmly against all the curves of the affected area. Compression: an elastic compression wrap, such as an ace bandage, will help reduce swelling. You wear it for the first 24 to 36 hours. Compression wraps do not offer protection. So you also need a brace to protect your ankle if you try to put weight on it. Elevation: raise your ankle above the level of your heart for 2 to 3 hours a day if possible. This helps to reduce swelling and bruising. Proper treatment and rehabilitation (rehab) exercises are very important for ankle sprains. If an ankle sprain does not heal right, the joint may become unstable and may develop chronic pain. This can make your ankle weak and more likely to be reinjured. Please see a physiotherapist. Leg pain k liye calf stretchings or periformis stretchings or T. F. L stretching ilio psos muscles ki stretching kijiye sweelings ho to ice pack kijiye or sweeling nhi ho to hot pack ka use ap kijiye. Heel track kijiye… weight cuff 1-2kg use kijiye or leg exercise kijitye hips up nd down exercise kijiye…. Walking kijiye phle edii rakiye fir panjaa rakijiye 6-9 kaadaam chalet huye apni walking ki capacity incress kijiye daily 1000 kaadaam ap chaliye …deep breath lijiye pani jada se jada pijiye ……. Long sitting, standing, clambing avoide kijiye I hope ap jaldi ache ho jayege thnx.

Hi . I have a leg pain since 2 years. I try many treatment but all fall. So please sir help me as soon as possible.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Definitely if muscles are very weak with pathological lesions into it to avoid have regular joint and muscle stretches and strengthening exercises of 20 min daily of same time with balanced diets best wishes
