you must know about your fertile period first... stop being so anxious. it's just been 2 months...

Hi im a newly married female. I want to get pregnant. Im little fat. Please suggest me some tips or methods for getting pregnant. My husband was using condom for protection. But from 2 months we are not using any protection and planning for pregnancy but its unsuccessful. My periods are regular.

Do not worry give only folic acid in first trimester. Avoid iron preparation. Give iron rich foods Folvite M is gud. For first trimester get her fully investigated first.

Hi Doctor,
I am from AP, a diabetic type 2 patient since 2010. Got lately married at around 38 years age (Aug 2016). My wife's age 36 and conceived recently (3 weeks before). My wife working as staff nurse in a govt. Hospital doing rotational shifts is not taking proper food. Recently I got her tested for complete blood picture. Her Hemoglobin levels are 8.4 below the normal range. Please suggest some iron and folic acid combination supplement during first trimester of pregnancy.
My father aged 68, diabetic and my mother non diabetic and also clarify what precautions necessary during first trimester of pregnancy in order to avoid miscarriage.

I do not want my wife to get pregnant for next 2-3 years. And she doesn't want me to use condoms. What are my options?

Preventing Pregnancy

At 21. You want to start pills. Not gud. Never take hormonal pills without being examined by your gynaecologist. Go for the safe period then. Avoid sex on fertile days. Can practice coitus interuptus.

Yes you can. Till 8th month on can have .If she has no risk factors. And uneventful previous births.

My wife is 3 months 6 days pregnant. Can we have sex these days or what is the proper month to have sex.
