This pain is usually associated with third molar eruption. Please get an iopa (x ray of the region) followed by medication for the same. Start warm saline rinses. Show the IOpa x ray to your dentist. Then treatment can be started.

Sir/ madam I have burning sensation on mouth and tongue. So please inform me what can I do ?
this thing happens in summer season due to hot weather condition..... Causes The cause of burning mouth syndrome can be classified as either primary or secondary. Primary burning mouth syndrome When no clinical or lab abnormalities can be identified, the condition is called primary or idiopathic burning mouth syndrome. Some research suggests that primary burning mouth syndrome is related to problems with taste and sensory nerves of the peripheral or central nervous system. Secondary burning mouth syndrome Sometimes burning mouth syndrome is caused by an underlying medical condition. In these cases, it's called secondary burning mouth syndrome. Underlying problems that may be linked to secondary burning mouth syndrome include: Dry mouth (xerostomia), which can be caused by various medications, health problems, problems with salivary gland function or the side effects of cancer treatment Other oral conditions, such as a fungal infection of the mouth (oral thrush), an inflammatory condition called oral lichen planus or a condition called geographic tongue that gives the tongue a map-like appearance Nutritional deficiencies, such as a lack of iron, zinc, folate (vitamin B-9), thiamin (vitamin B-1), riboflavin (vitamin B-2), pyridoxine (vitamin B-6) and cobalamin (vitamin B-12) Dentures, especially if they don't fit well, which can place stress on some muscles and tissues of your mouth, or if they contain materials that irritate mouth tissues Allergies or reactions to foods, food flavorings, other food additives, fragrances, dyes or dental-work substances Reflux of stomach acid (gastroesophageal reflux disease or GERD) that enters your mouth from your stomach Certain medications, particularly high blood pressure medications Oral habits, such as tongue thrusting, biting the tip of the tongue and teeth grinding (bruxism) Endocrine disorders, such as diabetes or underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) Excessive mouth irritation, which may result from overbrushing your tongue, using abrasive toothpastes, overusing mouthwashes or having too many acidic drinks Psychological factors, such as anxiety, depression or stress

You can go for jaw stretching exercises. Sometimes, jaw opening can become restricted after surgery. This can lead to problems with being able to open your mouth enough to eat, speak, clean your mouth or be examined. Be aware of how much your mouth can open. A good test of this is to see how many fingers you can place between your front teeth or gums. ‘Two fingers’ is a good “functional” range i.e. Helps with eating/ drinking/ tooth brushing. ‘Three fingers’ is the expected normal range. Practice this every day until your treatment is complete. If this gap becomes less than three fingers wide, it may indicate that extra therapy may be helpful. Please speak to your health professional if you notice this happening. Following an assessment of your jaw movement, your physiotherapist has advised one / a combination of the exercises below and over the page to aid recovery of your jaw opening. Exercises Progression Open/close Sit in a chair with an upright posture. Open the mouth as wide as you can. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Repeat 5-8 times a day. Use your fingers to increase the stretch. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, 5 times; 5-8 times a day. Side-to-side movements Sit in a chair with an upright posture. With the mouth slightly open, move the jaw from side to side (ensure that the movement is coming from the jaw and not the lips only). Hold for 10 seconds in each direction. Repeat 10 times; 5-8 times a day. Increase the stretch on the jaw by applying gentle sideways press.

Sir strawberry tongue is itself a condition not a diagnosis. It has associated underlying conditions .to name a few it could be Conditions that can cause strawberry tongue include: Kawasaki disease Kawasaki disease is rare. It’s not clear why some people develop it and others don’t. It’s most common in children, but it can occur at any age. The primary sign of Kawasaki disease is inflamed arteries. More visible symptoms include: high fever rash red, irritated eyes that can have a thick discharge peeling skin chapped lips swelling in hands and feet Allergies Food and drug allergies can cause a variety of symptoms, including a strawberry tongue. Medication and food allergies can also cause other symptoms like: itchy, water eyes rash scratchy mouth difficulty breathing In severe cases, an allergy can be life-threatening. First aid you should know: How to treat allergic reaction » Scarlet fever Strep throat that isn’t treated properly can turn into a bacterial illness called scarlet fever. Most people with scarlet fever have a white strawberry tongue at first. In a few days, their tongue may turn red. Other symptoms of scarlet fever include: a red rash over large portions of your body a flushed face high fever sore throat headache red lines in the folds of your skin, such as those around your groin This illness is most common in children ages 5 to 15. Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) Toxic shock syndrome is a life-threatening disease. As well as strawberry tongue, it causes symptoms such as: a sudden high fever nausea vomiting diarrhea headache an achy feeling all over If it’s not treated quickly, TSS can be life-threatening. TSS is commonly connected to the use of tampons, but it can also occur in people who stuff gauze or tissue in their nose to stop a nosebleed. You should seek emergency medical attention if you have the symptoms of TSS. Vitamin deficiency Low levels of vitamin B-12 and folate can cause a strawberry tongue, but this deficiency will likely be diagnosed if you experience its more common symptoms. These symptoms include: weakness fatigue memory difficulties balance problems Glossitis, a swollen tongue that is smooth, is very similar to strawberry tongue. It can also be a symptom of this deficiency. If your condition fits nay of these you would come to know what it is. If not, go to a nearby dental clinic/dentl hospital get a clinical examination of the tongue followed by a histopathological examination if required and treatment will be provided accordingly.
