I am diagnosed with a small sliding hiatus hernia and my medications are going on from about 8 months but nothing is working for me. I am getting sick day by day. Hello everyone. Moisturise your lips with ghee, vaseline, glycerin frequently. Apply sunscreen every three hourly. Drink plenty of fluids. Have nutritious diet everyday. Stop smoking.

Recurrent infection is common in children as their immunity is not high. Fits come only during the spike of fever and as soon as fever starts to come you have to give paracetamol and do tepid sponging. Febrile seizures ( fits due to fever ) will not come after 6 years of age

Breathing Exercise for Anxiety
Breathing is the one involuntary body function, you can consciously control. The first step is to simply bring your breathing under control:

1. Exhale completely.
2. Then slowly take a deep breath in through your nose.
3. Expand your diaphragm/belly to bring air into the lower portion of your lungs.
4. As you gradually fill your lungs from bottom to top, expand your chest.
5. Even lift your shoulders for a last bit of fresh air.
6 Then relax and let the air flow smoothly out of your body.
7. Pull in your stomach at the end to expel the last bit of stress.
8. Then begin another breath.

Hello lybrate-user Being thin is not bad, the main concern should be fitness n active ness. Still if you want to gain weight, we want you to gain in a healthy way n that is you should gain muscle mass (lean body mass) not fat mass. For that you should eat frequent protein rich n whole grain diet with adding heathy fat to it (omega -3, omega6)like whole eggs and lean proteins (if you are a non vegetarian) or Milk n milk products, dry fruits, legumes n pulses. You can take whey proteins too, these are easily available in the market n very helpful to gain muscle mass. Include anaerobic exercise in your Gym schedule which very important to bulk to the body (in the form of muscles. Best wishes.
