Is it bad to drink 2 litre of water at once on empty stomach after wake up? Does it cause kidney failure or any other problem in future?

Excess of water may lead to lower electrolyte level, spcially sodium level which may lead to complications. You may drink 2 glass (appx 600 ml) of water instead.

Take plenty of fluids per mouth 1.swarna makshik bhasma - 125 mg twice daily with honey 2. Syp. Gerriforte (himalaya) - 2TSF twice daily.
