Daily you do suryanamaskar. Walking skip dinner if you want to take then take before 8 pm. Light food. Or eat salad.

Am a 23 years old woman. Was on novelon. Got my periods after intercourse. It was normal period from 1-6 aug. Due date was on 1st sept till now it did not occur so did a usg and it was found that uterus is marginally bulky anteverted. Ovaries are also bulky containing cyst. Why my uterus is bulky at this age? And why my periods is not occurring. Is their any chance of pregnancy.

Hi lybrate-user As it is clearly known from the usg report that there is no chance of pregnancy but the delay is due to the hormonal imbalance caused due to the cysts formed. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Dear user, we are listing few remedies to get rid of white hair. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Red clover is made up of four phytoestrogens that are believed to help increase breast size naturally. This herb can also make your breasts firm. 1. Distraction- The Efficiency Killer At Work!

Nowadays, it is quite challenging to increase work efficiency by overall team performance due to increasing competitions. Hence, the use of modern technologies is helping tremendously to improve the productivity.  But at the same time, these advanced technologies have started creating hindrances in the overall productivity. It includes the internet and social media. They are the major culprit for killing work efficacy and distracting every working personnel. Amongst all these, smartphones are at topmost level comparing to other technologies. However, these are not the only cause of distractions.

What could be the exact cause of the distractions?

According to recent surveys, the biggest efficiency killers in the workplace are as follows:

  1. Noisy atmosphere
  2. Seating in the closed rooms
  3. Gossiping with the colleagues
  4. Being excessively active on social media
  5. Frequent meetings
  6. Taking a frequent break for snacks, or for smoking

All these activities tend to distract people at workplace, making them inattentive, and least productive. These distractions have significant consequences as it affects the quality of work and hampers the relationship with the boss and the subordinates. The great productivity comes from proper focus on one task at a time until it gets completed. The use of all these gadgets during work hour is increasing day by day. Notifications from these programs used to keep in touch with people are the biggest distracting measures.

In some organizations, the distraction is avoided by removing all the barriers, such as blocking social websites, banning personal calls, and cell phone use, monitoring emails and internet use, limiting meetings, providing open space etc.

How to improve work efficiency?

Close all these communication channels. It will definitely help to concentrate on the work. Receiving notifications in between work, breaks the chain of thoughts, and takes more time to complete the work. Try to gather all the information before starting the work. Put smartphone either on silent mode, or vibration mode, and stay away from all such distractions.

Schedule a break with definite starting and ending time. This will serve dual purpose, in making one feel relaxed and feeling refreshed to start the work again with the same enthusiasm. Be in the company of productive people. Get inspired by observing how other co-workers are improving their productivity.

Take a walk in case of difficulty to concentrate. Researchers have shown that taking a walk for 15-20 min improves brain function, provides refreshment and renewed energy.

Stay away from the noisy environment. The good remedy to avoid noise is using headphones and listening to soothing music. Stay away from any kind of gossip, or unnecessary discussions as they divert the mind from the main focus.  

Conclusion

Being focused is equally important to improve the work efficiency, to improve the productivity, and to maintain the relationship with the organization. Distraction will never help to flourish and will create many obstacles in the path of success.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least checks your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. In this new age 'Weight Gain' is the most dreaded phrase when people left and right are obsessed with losing weight by any and every means possible, to look good and achieve an attractive personality.

Let me start with a ridiculous point, weight is NOT equal to fat (a misconception I've observed in my patients). A human's body weight consists of his/her ENTIRE body weight, including weight of internal organs like heart brain etc, bones, water content and MUSCLES.

In this series of sections on Weight gain - We will first talk about Muscle Building its Reason and Importance.

Muscle Mass

The term muscle is derived from the Latin musculus meaning 'little mouse' maybe because contracting muscles look like mice moving under the skin. Muscle cells contain 'Protein Fibres' of actin and myosin that move against each other producing contraction that changes the dimensions of the cell. Muscle is used to produce force and motion.

This may seem like a small point but is extremely essential. Muscles are responsible for maintaining and changing posture, all external movement as well as internal organ motion e.g. contraction of the heart.

Studies from the CDC have found that muscle-building exercises can also

  • Improve Balance, reduce the likelihood of falls
  • Improve Blood-sugar control

Hello- If you are pregnant a test should always throw a positive throughout your entire pregnancy. Since its negative, you are not pregnant.
