If hemoglobins normal then swetpradar treated by ayurveda. Alma churn 2tsp with ghee and banana. Ashokarisht 10ml bid.

Drink boiled and cold water. Regular exercise for heart as per advice. Headache cause may be acidity.

Yes side effect of medicine is major problem. Prefer ayurvedic medicine wash face frequently. Take medicine (ayu) if constipation.

Do excercise like pawanmuktasan concentrate while eat. Means no tv no chating on table hingwastak churn with dinner and trifala at night if constipation.
