Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to those which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Dear Lybrateuser, - To build stamina & to increase your weight have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich food & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, lean meats, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, nuts, sprouts - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper hydration & digestion - do regular exercise like jogging, brisk walking, swimming, stretching, pull ups, pushups, squats to build your muscles which will increase your weight & also build stamina & give you energy.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly, do not take any medication for weight gain. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Eating more proteins like pulses, beans, sprouts, broccoli along with healthy carbohydrates like banana, grams, brown rice, sweet potatoes will help. Also use coconut oil in your diet as good fat.

To increase your height you should undergo for a hormonal therapie. Consult an endocrinologist. There are also few exercise which can help you out.
