 Prevent baths and showers from making dry skin worse. Limit your time in the shower or bath to 5 or 10 minutes.Use warm rather than hot water. Wash with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. Apply enough cleanser to remove dirt and oil, but avoid using so much that you see a thick lather. Blot your skin gently dry with a towel. Apply on the moisturizer immediately after drying your skin

Hi, first of all the good news for you is that you are not that much pessimist as you are thinking of yourself otherwise you wouldn't have asked here any question. So smile and give yourself a pat on the back:). Secondly get yourself involved in some positive group activities like sports or music. Remember idle mind is devil's workshop. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and have a sound sleep. Make a goal and prepare yourself to achieve it. Make new friends and engage yourself in your hobbies. All will be well soon. I am 27 years, I am PCOD, I had my dates 2 months back, during dates I had safe sex. I took 5 days regestrone 5 mg 2 tablets in 1 day. Today is 2nd day after I stopped my tablet. Still I am not getting dates. I took home pregnancy test 2 times. It says negative.

Dear well prolonged standing can cause back pain and leg pain. So you need breaks and create fitness. Do a combination of aerobics, yoga and strength training. Gradually you will feel better. Also take balanced diet and good sleep.

Hi make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night.

At your age the sexual urge is strong and frequent. But you must also learn to train your thoughts. When ever you get a sexual urge during studies or while doing some work. Do not fight it or act on it and masturbate. Tell urself that you will take care of this urge when time and place is appropriate. When you have privacy think of sex and masturbate this way you will give healthy outlet to sex urge and also prevent these thoughts from interefering in your work.

Height is determined by a combination of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors upto a certain age. Height is regulated by somatotropin hormone which gradually subside after adolescence. For males growth usually stops after puberty which is around 20yrs of age and for females it is 18 yrs, dont get deceived by false advertisements which claim to increase height post puberty, instead you can concentrate on looking tall by reducing weight giving yourself a lean or muscular appearance. If one has not crossed these ages then surely, one can help you.

Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory!’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. Reading is a great way to trigger your imagination! 8. Get enough sleep Sleep is like a mini detox for the brain. This is when your body regenerates cells and removes all the toxins that have built up during the day. Get to bed between the hours of 9pm and midnight to benefit from the most effective hours of sleep! 9. Ditch the GPS Gone are the days of map reading! Sat Nav may have made our lives easier, it has also made our brains lazier and less efficient at the same time! Go back to the old school and use a map to navigate every now and then (this exercises the part of your brain responsible for understanding spatial relationships). 10. Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! It’s incredible how we now rely on devices like smart-phones and laptops to calculate really simple equations. Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. Dear burning in food pipe occurs due to acidity ....try the tips to cure acidity they will help to cure it:: 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9.
