Hi I'm suffering from urinary tract infection frm last 3 years. I have concern so many best gynecologist in Bangalore...
Urinary disorders are very common in women ..If untreated at the earlier stage it can lead to severe complications like Pyelonephritis, Hydronephrosis, or Renal failure.. Burning sensation while passing urine is due to UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) which is mainly due to lack of drinking water in normal amount and also improper hygiene.. All sorts of urinary disorders can be completely cured with HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES if properly taken as per the instructions of a qualified Homoeopath either direct consultation or online...HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES doesn't contain any side effects at all..100% rapid and permanent results..No diet restrictions in HOMOEOPATHY ,only coffee should avoid while taking MEDICINES.. MEDICINES like Cantharis, Apis,Berberis, Lycopodium, Hydrangea etc are very good MEDICINES to treat various Urinary Disorders According symptoms presented by the patient..For treatment you consult me through Lybrate online..Rapid results in short period of time.. Nothing to be worried.. Thanks

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Well, first and foremost, I would advise that you continue with treatment as advised by your urologist and see for symptomatic improvements, if any. Should you not feel better still, you can connect for the needful alternative medicine traction. From a dietary standpoint, do ensure that you include fresh tomatoes and turmeric in your diet on a daily basis. Spicy, oily, greasy, fatty, sweets and other high calorie foods including fast foods etc all are best avoided. Stay well hydrated and keep up an active and streamlined lifestyle. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Diabetes mellitus particularly T2, hardly produces any symptoms which are easily recognisable. That is one of the reasons why most persons are unable to identify it. However, when disease is present it may cause excess thirst, excess hunger, excess urination, unexplained weight loss and tiredness. In such a situation it is better to check the blood glucose levels both fasting and after food. Thanks.

How can I find out what is going on with my body? What are signs of kidney problems?

MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
If you are very much concerned about your body function then get routine blood tests done like cbc, lft, kft. Kft will show the function of your kidney. Frankly speaking, in your age group it is very unlikely that your kidney is not functioning properly. Any organ dysfunction will cause some symptoms.

I have been suffering from stones firmed in kidneys. So what are the precautions need to be taken. please suggest me on this.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I have been suffering from stones firmed in kidneys. So what are the precautions need to be taken. please suggest me ...
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3 mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3 mm then you should surely go for surgery.

It is due to excess drinking of water. You should not take more than 2.2 liters of water (8-10) glass daily. Reduce water intake. If symptoms persist, consult doctor.

Hello. Kidney stones often have no definite, single cause, although several factors may increase your risk. Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your urine can dilute. At the same time, your urine may lack substances that prevent crystals from sticking together, creating an ideal environment for kidney stones to form. -Most kidney stones are calcium stones, usually in the form of calcium oxalate. Oxalate is a naturally occurring substance found in food. Some fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts and chocolate, have high oxalate levels. Your liver also produces oxalate. Dietary factors, high doses of vitamin D, intestinal bypass surgery and several metabolic disorders can increase the concentration of calcium or oxalate in urine. Calcium stones may also occur in the form of calcium phosphate. -Struvite stones form in response to an infection, such as a urinary tract infection. These stones can grow quickly and become quite large, sometimes with few symptoms or little warning. -Uric acid stones can form in people who don't drink enough fluids or who lose too much fluid, those who eat a high-protein diet, and those who have gout. Certain genetic factors also may increase your risk of uric acid stones. -Cystine form in people with a hereditary disorder that causes the kidneys to excrete too much of certain amino acids (cystinuria). -Other, rarer types of kidney stones also can occur. Prevention: Prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes You may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: Drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people.

I am suffering from cystitis. What can be its cause and remedies to cure it? How much time it will take time to cure.
Some possible causes include: Defects in the epithelium (lining) of the urinary bladder causing irritation. Bladder trauma or overdistention.cystitis signs and symptoms include: Pain in your pelvis or between the vagina and anus in women. Pain between the scrotum and anus in men (perineum) Chronic pelvic pain. A persistent, urgent need to urinate. Frequent urination, often of small amounts, throughout the day and night (up to 60 times a day) Drink 2-3 litres of fluids (water will do just fine) each day. Go to the bathroom as often as you need to – don't hold it in. Avoid drinking alcohol, coffee or citrus juices (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit), as they can irritate the bladder. Avoid drinking sugary drinks.

It creates too much itching and irritation in the skin. Kindly let me know how it could be cured at home without seeing a doctor. If not, who can treat it best. A urologist or a gynecologist? Thank you.
