Only following diet plan may not be that effective, you need herbal supplements also, if like inform. See diet plan. Diet Plan Early Morning (6-7 Am): You can have any of the following items to start your day. A glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, or Grape juice may add Honey one tea spoon. A cup of black or green tea without sugar but may add Gud-Jagery with or without skims milk, and 2 biscuits. Breakfast (8-9 am): One Oats-Yav or Jav or Ragi Roti or chapatti + ½ cup of water soaked whole Moog with garlic and Ardrak. Or one plate of Ragi upma and a cup of Tomato soup or Carrot juice, or Anar or Pine apple or Beet root. Lunch (1-2 pm): Brown Rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha or Butter milk + vegetable salad Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Beet root, Khira etc. Instead of Brown Rice one may have two Rotis of Yav-Jav-Oats Aata or wheat Aata + Isabgole 10 gm mixed Roti Evening (4-5 pm): Butter Milk 1 glass or Coconut water or Grapes 20-30, or other seasonal fruits or Murmura, Dinner (8-9 pm): 2 - Chapattis or Rotis + 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup + 1 bowl of salad-Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Radish, Khira etc. OR one bowel of brown rice (200 gm).

Hi lybrate-user, start your day with a fresh juicy fruit. Good on stomach. Breakfast should be wholesome. Eat every 2 hours. Main meal options are roti-sabzi-dahi, rice-dal-sabzi, khichdi-dahi, etc. Workout 150 minutes a week, that's like thrice a week. Even though food is free in office, stay off junk that comes out of the packaged products including chips, sodas and juices. Stay hydrated. Ab crunches, squats, pilates, air cycling, swimming, suryanamaskaras definitely help. All the best and keep progressing on your fitness journey! hope this helps.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Did chinese dish momos then is it harmful for a gym person whether it is male or female.

The overall calorie count is not too bad – 35 calories per momo – as long as you don’t go wild with your quantities, and if you don’t have any heavy side dishes in the meal. Usually we just have a salad or brussels sprouts with our momos. But the truth is that we regularly eat about 10 momos at a sitting. You get full quite a while before that, but there’re just so dang good that it’s hard to stop. Some people eat a lot more than that. It isn’t unheard of to eat 20 or more, and of course some perhaps more civilized or restrained people eat less ;-) But for us, a standard serving is about 10 momos. Also, you need to take into account any pickles or hot sauce (sepen) or soy sauce you eat with your momos, and this had some surprising and disturbing values. The carbs and fat are okay for the amount of dipping sauce you would have for a meal of momos, but we were shocked to see that the sodium count was sky high! There’s the same amount of sodium in just a bit of dipping sauce as for 10 momos! We may have to rethink the Patak’s and soy sauce, though we love them so much! Or only eat the hot sauce we make ourselves, which will be MUCH lower in sodium.

I have cavities in molars both side. The dentist suggested if I want to wear tooth Braces, Two teeth should be removed. Already I have removed a teeth. So I am afraid of it. What should I do? Please Suggest me!

Cavities and braces are two different identities. To correct your malaigned teeth you need braces, whereas foe restriction of tooth decay you need to fill your decasyed teeth. Extraction of premolars for orthodsontic braces is quite a natural phenomenon. Discuss with your dentist for further evaluation.

Bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime.
