Most likely you are having iron deficiency anemia. Stomach swelling is less likely to be related to it. Kindly consult a physician and get ultrasound done.

Rise in bp after workout is normal. If your bp remains high even after rest, then consult a physician regards.

I take full course of rabbies vaccination but I want to check rabbies vaccine effectiveness should I do igg test for measure rabbies specific antibodies.

These tests are routinely available and indicated. Rabies vaccine usually has very high efficiency, so just relax if you have taken the full course.

It could be just a simple intestinal infection, or it could be some stone or appendicitis. Consult your physician. He may order a ultrasound also. Regards.
