Premature greying of hair is greying before the age of 30 yr.There are various reasons for it but it is mainly genetic and nutritional. Nutritional deficiency needs some dietary correction.Eat food which is rich in proteins and iron .Sprouts ,nuts are good for hair.Drink 3 lit of water/day. Treatment is available for premature greying.Consult Trichologist

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dailyapplying coconut oil, r olive oil before taking bath[twice bath /day], will help to keep the skin healthy, smooth. & applying body lotion after bath r wash also will keep the skin moist that reduces the impact of sand.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I started my college life staying at my relatives, where I didn't want to be. It was an influenced decision, I took it on someone else word. I did not like the environment, the people, the college which led to me being isolated. I had dengue a few months later, since then my hair condition has gone worse. Following up my stay in a place where I was not happy and socially functional, I started feeling negative and thinking way more. Tell me one thing, Does Masturbation or Porn viewing (in a normal range) bad for my hair health, or physical, or mental health? Or is it the dengue that caused it or the social isolation due to homesickness? Or the stress of staying unhappy with a wrong decision? What causes what? Thank you. please help.

There could be few things which might be leading to hair fall and other such hair related issues. Masturbation or porn viewing has nothing to do with it. As you are in a new place, change in water might be one reason, hard water at times can cause issue. If your eating habits are changed and you are eating more junk and oiled food, that could be a problem. And of course stress and feeling low and negative also have its own effect on your body and your mind. Moving away from home is stressful for many students. If this is the first time than it takes a toll on you. I would suggest to take it easy and give it a chance. If you have a counselor in your college go and talk on a weekly basis. That will help you to come up with different strategies to cope up with your stress. Otherwise, try few things mentioned below and you should see positive result in 2 to 4 weeks. Our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. As a positive psychologist and a certified life and wellness coach I would be able to help build resilience and confidence to take on life and learn how to excel in what you do. Hope this helps. Boils recurrence requires complete course of antibiotics to eradicate infection not only from the site but from other habitats also. Once go for culture and sensitivity of the material from the site and take antibiotics accordingly. I also advice to check blood sugar. At this stage I will advice to take tab augmentin 625 mg 1 tab 3 times a day for 10 days continuously. Clean the site daily with betadine liq and apply fusidil cream. Try to reduce your weight by 10 kgs.

I am suffering from scabies Is there any permanent solution to cure that I have tried many ointments/gels still no result. They just cure temporarily. Does this create any problem to my testicles. Because its around that area.

I am 31 years old lay. Its about dandruff in my scalp and hair. From last winters my skin and scalp is going very dry. I thought it may be due to winters but still I am facing the same problem. All the time I do itching in scalp and found lots of dandruff in my clothes. I wash my hair in alternate days with shampoo Tresme and conditioner. Sometimes I use homeremeady like curd and lemon but I didn't get a good response, So what should I do.

Hello. Take hair vitamin tab follihair after dinner for 3 months. Please use salisia kt or scalpe shampoo for head bath thrice a week for a month and then as maintenance at least once a week for 2 months. Avoid oiling as fungus thrives in oily scalp. You could oil 1 hr prior to head bath.

Looks like you had food allergy and it has resulted in rashes on your skin. Please take cetirizine or allegra after food twice a day. Also please don't eat the food items which trigger allergic reaction in you.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Severe marks and holes will take time to fade. The key is to exfoliate your skin and protect the new skin from damage. Use aha glow face wash daily twice, followed by tea tree toner and then sunscreen at bed time, use kojic acid cream.

If they are light dry spots, -use sun protection. -apply sun screen -cover your face in sun -continue eating veggies and fruits -use nandiderm cream on the spots. -if they keep recurring, consult a skin specialist.

Acne / Pimples Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in Female are some of common cause in this Also it’s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment’s / OTC Products n medicine’s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue So find out where you have to correct? Fresh Juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be Drink. Vitamin A, E, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. How to reduce hair fall?
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.
