In renal pathalogy, any medication to relieve pain or so should be strictly guided by nephrologist. Otc and unknown advise is not preferred.

Early treatment with dressing, oral antibiotics is ok.in case in 2-3 weeks if not healing, need surgical correction for deep wound.

Post operative wash with simple water is sufficient. At the most, you may add a small amount of antiseptic do not try other soln for this delicate structure.
