Hello, Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health.And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. Do Surya Namaskar daily empty stomach in the morning to keep your self fit and active. You Should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily ,take healthy nutritious diet. Follow the below home remedy to get soft hydrated skin:- The lactic acid present in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk cream is also an excellent moisturizer. Mix a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and two teaspoons of milk cream. Rub it on *your hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before you take a shower. Do this once daily. Add enough milk cream to three to four tablespoons of gram flour to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face, hands and legs. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily.

Eat foods loaded with carbs, protein and healthy fat. Eat every 2 to 3 hours. Drink protein shakes at least twice a day. Create a workout program with weight gain exercises. Take some healthy right Protein supplement like an egg a day /soya items in BF with milk

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Hello 1. Do cycling every morning till you sweat. 2. Eat more vegetables and make sure you have protein in your diet to keep you acitve. 3. Drink 5 to 6 liters of water in a day. What to do.
First start with some healthy habits like stop eating oily, outside, preserved foods. Start eating home made foods only. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat more of vegetable and fruits. Do more of yoga, floor exercise and surya-namaskar. Keep minimum 2 hours of gap between meal and bed time. Start taking warm water in the morning along with lemon or fenugreek seed powder or green tea.

Why You Should Eat Breakfast Within an Hour of Waking Up?

Whether you are running out of time or just not hungry in the morning, missing a breakfast is equivalent to a grave crime. It is particularly a big mistake if you are aiming to lose weight or avoiding gaining weight. The metabolism rate slows down while you are asleep for conserving energy, and it invariably requires a power-packed energy to restart the metabolism with a forceful vigour. Therefore, the sooner you fuel your body with a healthy breakfast, the better it is.

When should you eat?

In a report published by National Weight Control Registry, it was declared that about 78 percent of successful dieters have a wholesome breakfast every morning. The ideal time is within an hour from when you wake up because you are more plausible to eat more than needed in the latter half of the day if you do not eat anything in the morning. This will lead to unwanted weight gain and other health troubles. Furthermore, eating a moderate meal in the morning improves cognition and mood as well.

If you are not able to eat immediately after you wake up, you must at least eat something wholesome within one hour. Eating early can keep your blood sugar and insulin levels under control while boosting your metabolism. When you are waiting too long to have the first meal of the day, you will develop a habit of opting for food rich in fats and bad carbohydrates and lower in nutrient content owing to irresistible hunger.

What should you eat?

Before breakfast 1 glass of water is necessary for cleaning of stomach. The ideal first meal of the day must include a balance of carbohydrates, protein and healthy fat. It is advised to abstain from high sugar foods like cookies, pastries, donuts or sugary cereals. Instead, you can look for hard-boiled eggs, proteins, brown bread, oatmeal, muffins and fruit juices. You must also have a cupful of green tea with a few drops of lime juice squeezed over it. This will help in detoxifying your body and bring out your skin's natural beauty and glow.

Early Morning (6: 30 am - 7: 00 am) - a glass of warm water + 1/2 lemon juice + pinch of salt; walk for 30 minutes. Breakfast (8: 00 am - 9: 00 am) - 1 cup milk/tea, with fruit, oats with milk/namkeen oats, veg. Dalia, veg. Upma, veg. Poha, veg. Sandwich, 2 egg whites/1 whole egg and toast. Mid-Morning (11: 30 am) - fruit/sprouts Lunch (1: 00 pm - 2: 00 pm) - 2 chapattis with vegetable, salad, dal/curd/idli + sambhar (alternatively, if you want to have 1 bowl rice, have it with 1 katori rajma/kadhi/dal/chhole + salad) Postlunch- green tea Tea-Time (4: 30 pm - 5: 00 pm) - tea + 2 biscuits/rusks Evening Snacks (6: 00 pm - 6: 30 pm) - roasted chana, sprouts, veg sandwich, sometimes 4-5 almonds, walnuts, pista, raisins Dinner (8: 00 pm - 8: 30 pm) - 1-2 chapattis with vegetable, salad or 1-2 veg sandwiches, or roasted chicken/grilled fish (if non-vegetarian) Postdinner- green tea Post-Dinner (if required, at 10: 00 pm) - 1 cup of milk.

You can gain weight but first some conditions should be ruled out. Right diet, exercises ....should be helpful. If thinness runs in your family, then gaining weight may not be very easy. Yet, after getting all your details, I can suggest an appropriate diet plan for you.
