Nimdus p is a temporary pain killer which for some time numbs your brain from pain and you have no sensation of pain.. it doesn't cure the problem.. Plus it has many side effects like kidney damage liver damage, etc.. So it is your choice to take it or not.. or take proper treatment..

I'm suffering from tooth ache and my head is paining badly please help me out with medicines or any other thing.

I'm suffering from tooth ache and my head is paining badly please help me out with medicines or any other thing.
The type of treatment you have for toothache will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. • If your toothache is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. • If your toothache is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. • If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. • If your toothache can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

There are several causes of tooth discoloration, including: Foods/drinks. Coffee, tea, colas, wines, and certain fruits and vegetables (for example, apples and potatoes) can stain your teeth. Poor dental hygiene. Inadequate brushing and flossing.... Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. for faster result you can go for TEETH BLEACHING from dentist...

Yes there are chances of it increasing the sensitivity. Consult a dentist and take scaling. Then consult for homoeopathic treatment.

During Teething( when tooth is coming out) its common to have irritation in the gumpads.. Children usually put their fingers or other household things into their mouth, which can cause gastric irritation if its not clean.. Allow d child to bite on hard n clean vegetable or fruit( preferably cold) it helps the teeth to come out soon..

First of all undergo scaling (cleaning of teeth) by a dentist - use proper brushing technique. - brush twice a day which is most important (at night specifically just before sleep and avoid any food or liquid except water when you finish your brush at night) - after each meal (i. E breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time when you take snacks) rub your finger on all tooth surfaces inside and outside and than do forcefull gargles 2-3 times. Visit dentist every 4-5 months for the early diagnosis and prevention of dental diseases. Jay swaminarayan.

1- Mouth opening exercises. 2- Do masage with steroidal ointment on buccal mucosa. 3- Inj Hydrocortisone mix with inj Hylase by injecting submucously on buccal mucosa and anterior pillars are also helpfull. 4- If above fails to give desired responce than operation Z-plasty is quite helpfull.

Use your fingers to increase the stretch. 5. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, 5 times; 5-8 times a day. Side-to-side movements 6. Sit in a chair with an upright posture. 7. I am seventy two years old. I am having pain in the lower jaw left 6, 7 tooth while biting and sometimes it is unbearable. Should remove those teeth? any conservative treatment possible? any medicine? to improve the life of tooth, any medicine?

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
It could be possible to save the tooth with rct or crowns or a combination of both depending on the exact cause of your current problem. Since the teeth you have mentioned are important ones for chewing, I suggest you should take whatever steps are suggested to preserve them rather than getting them removed.
