Change The Habit Of Your Mind!

Unfortunately, nowadays, since the time 'Mental Disorders' or Awareness is at its peak, we tend to use 'Mental disorders' as an excuse. However, mental disorders are nothing but the 'Habit and pattern of mind' with time it keeps getting worse. So the objective is to work on 'changing the habit of mind' rather than treating a disorder. We are what we believe, and so when you are labeled with a 'disorder' you start living and believing that disorder, and this only makes matter worse. 

Rather your first step is to take a course of action:

1. Change your attitude, believe that your mind has formed a negative pattern in the mind which needs to be reversed by thinking and doing things contrary to the negative pattern of thoughts. 

2. In order to stay positive you need to fight against the odds of your mind to use your time doing constructive of positive things.

3. Distract your negative energy by starting a new Hobby like: Singing, dancing, exercise, painting, craft, crochet, blogging, making valuable content on youtube etc.

Hello, The most important strategy to control anger is to program your subconscious to change the mental attitude regarding things that make you angry. For example: if someone says something irritating to you, use an attitude of 'stop thought' process to replace anger with letting go attitude. Anger causes more garm to self than others. If you love yourself, then you will take care of replacing anger emotion.

Hello lybrate-user, so basically you want to enter into IT industry. What options have you explored to enter back into IT industry. I would say don't give up if that is what you want to do and if its still practical to join as an IT professional. Where there is will there is a way. I would say that you still explore your options. There is nothing in life that you don't have an answer for especially when things can be controlled by you. So rather than becoming depressed, you can affirm positive statements to yourself so that you increase your confidence and will power.

Hello lybrate-user, Drink tea shouldn't be accompanied by food. You can have it two or three hours before the meal. Also drinking Green tea in the mornings is the best.

I am a student who think a lot about everything and always have a fear of failing in life. I am not a confident person at all always demotivated and does not live life positively. Over thinking is a problem for me due to which I feel fear for future even though I know I don't have to think about it but I can't control my thoughts. Most of the time when I am feeling demotivated I don't share it with anyone because I know what they are going to say they gonna say things to motivated me but I won't be. I don't know what I am doing with my life I am just going without any destination. I don't even know what to do whether I am in a right path or not. I don't even know whether I am going through depression or not or it is a normal teenage problem? Example for fear of mine is that if I saw my friend studying even though I am very sleepy but my mind will be awake due to fear that my friend is studying n I am not.

Hello lybrate-user, I completely understand how you feel. I know its frustrating to not know where your life is heading and how it will be managed. Nia have you ever thought about taking Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This is a therapy that will train you to control your thoughts and manage them. Life is tough and I understand the root cause of most difficulties in life start with our thoughts that are created by us. If you are able to take Cognitive Behavioral Therapy then it will help you in the management of thoughts thus helping you also to manage life and be aware of where you are heading. So you do need therapeutic help. It will also help for you to write down the three plans for your life by priority. The three plans are related to where you want to see yourself in life.) Thanks for sharing your Problem :) I understand the embarrassment you feel after going through premature ejaculation, as you stated its your first time, so assuming that over excitement may lead to this issue, enjoy the intimacy slow and steady with time you may be able to overcome from this issue. I am in a relationship with a guy from last 2.5 years. During this time we had a lot of problems some created by me some by him. From June to august, we had a break up and my mom got involved in between. Since September, we started talking again but then in between we still had problems. He wanted me to leave my modeling which I started in june. He gave me an option to chose him or modeling. It's like I love him and I can't be without him. I feel he doesn't trust me because he doesn't want me to talk to any random person or make friends. But he does everything to make me happy. I don't know what should I do. Moreover I want to continue my modeling but I am scared to tell him that because I am afraid to lose him. I be happy when he is around but then at the end of the day I feel low and cry myself to sleep. We are still in relationship but today again he fought. He thinks I do everything intentionally. I have tried harming myself too when there are issues between us. I just can't live without that person. I don't know why but he wants conditions in our relationship that I should not do this. He wants I should not commit mistakes. I am a human after all even if I do he should handle me being calm. Help me.

I feel very anxious mostly. When I thought something it remains whole day. Also I fear of what will happen to me. Mostly the times remain bored. It's happen from one time I have chest pain I have done various test regarding to that which are normal. When it pains I feel very fear of that. I can't concentrate on my study and I am afraid to enjoy the moments. Please give me the proper solution for that and also proper knowledge to manage it.

Hello, thanks for sharing your concern with us. I want to know if you have tried to create a schedule or keep a target or a goal for every day. I think you get anxious because you are not able to do anything throughout the day. That is causing fear in your heart. Probably, if you have not tried keeping a schedule, then can you try that. Like start with small goals or target everyday and see if this helps you or gets you motivated .Sometimes having a weekly plan also helps.) Thanks.
