Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

What could be the consequences if a diabetic person of 65 years of age has gone into hypoglycemia indicated by heavy sweating at 3 AM and is not able to get up at 5:30 AM in a routine manner? Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

In diabeets it is very common.You should control your diabetes with diet and exercise which will help you to reduce medicinal dose and improve the sex life.Take lots of whole and watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods small amount.Use small amount of healthy fats.Eat extra protein foods if there is no other health problems except this.Avois fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,sugar,sweetened juice,fruits in juice form,cola,soft drinks etc.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise.Take proper rest

It depends. If the pancreas is still able to produce insulin and there is obesity alongside, medicines are given in conjunction with insulin.

Weight gain is a complex process and depends on many factors such as tour everyday energy expenditure, your diet history, food intake and many more, to gain weight it's very important to be in positive energy balance, I would advise you not to put long gap in between your meals, eat after short intervals and only single food item is not going to work to gain weight, include all high calorie food items in your schedule such as dark chocolates, desserts, nuts, good protein to get good results.

Lybrate-user, your concern about developing t2 dm is quite right. Because this is a disease which does show familial trait. If both parents have diabetes then 75 % chance of children getting it. (3 out of 4 children may get). However, one thing good about t2dm is that it is a preventable disease. So if you do following things: 1) maintain normal weight, (height in cms - 100 = kgs), by regular exercise for more than 1 hour a day. 2) take a balanced diet that provides exact amount of calories needed based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise. 3) avoid excess sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid sweetened aerated drinks and fructose corn syrup containing products, high fat cheese, ghee and butter. 4) refrain from alcohol and smoking. 5) consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. Also take a good deal of fiber containing foods mainly whole grain foods. If you stick these things then you can delay the onset of t2 dm or be free from it. All the best.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Eat proteins derived from foods but never from supplements or medicine. Eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, milk, milk shakes, banana, almonds, drink 3 to 4 liter water everyday but make sure you are not drinking water after your meals, give gap of 90 minutes.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

I am a diabetic since last 12 yrs. I take 1 mg glimpride 1bd 500 my metformin 1bd. With this medication my sugar levels are under much control. I do meditation and eat simple food with lots of veggies and fruits. My major problem is with fasting blood sugar level which is mostly between 140-150. This really causes lots of tension.

There is no reason to be tense continue glimipride and take metformin 1000 mg at dinner and 500 mg at breakfast repeat sugar after 7-10 day for further you can consult privately after 10 days with F and PP report.
