A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

It suggest that you are ovulating and that is normal. 19mm follicle also may get ruptured within a day or two. That means you will have another ovulation.

You have to start eating quality food which contains pulses, whole wheat, oats, milk and milk products, nuts, fruits and vegetables in a proper way. Have Small and Frequent meals. A.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients.

Dear, Weight gain, like weight loss, is a personal thing that can be different for everybody. There are many reasons for why some people have a harder time gaining weight, which can range from simple things like having a higher metabolism to more serious conditions like Hyperthyroidism. If you're hoping to put on weight, you should work with your nutritionist/dietician to figure out what's best for you and your needs. OK, so. Here are some things you might want to keep in mind. 1. It’s not a matter of just eating anything and everything to get more weight. The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you're either gaining muscle or you're gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you're going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you're eating. Always stick to foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you're working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, memory loss, and even premature aging.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

Fillers are a very effective way to make a woman look younger and they are also very safe, as long as a person who is experienced is the one who is administering them. They are injections which contain a variety of components. One of the major ones happens to be Hyaluronic Acid. While this may seem to be just another name of a chemical to most people, it is very important as it is naturally present in everybody.

In fact, it is a sugar which has a pretty big part to play in terms of the volume of the skin and its condition. Over time, the elasticity of the skin and how well it covers the underlying tissues reduce. When a dermal filler is injected, it provides a boost of this sugar, which helps fight off the effect of ageing, and quite successfully so.

The material that is injected through dermal filler is absorbed over the course of some months by the body. As a result of this, it is true that a person who has chosen dermal fillers to look younger will face a need to have this procedure done again every 10 months to a year. One of the biggest advantages of dermal fillers is the low risk factor associated with it, unlike other methods. It is considerably safer than surgeries, which can have their own potential complications and also have longer recovery times. Apart from waiting for some swelling to subside, there is negligible recovery time for dermal fillers. When there is so much in favour of it, why not give dermal fillers a shot? To reduce weight it's very important to balance your energy intake the expenditure. Eating small & frequent meals, including high fiber foods such as whole cereals & whole pulses will help you to lose weight but I would suggest you to discuss your lifestyle in detail so to ensure good results.

Lybrate-user you can follow these:(1) do exercise everyday.(2) don't drink water before meals (3) take dry fruits little extra (4) 3-4 bananas each day.(5) use protein shakes+ almond milk+cashew nuts (6) add cream with your tea/coffee (7) take quality sleep (8) take bigger plates (9) drink milk (10) eat more often.

Practically yes you can use lancet multiple times of you are using for same person considering usage is on same day or within couple of days. Repeated usage of same lancet for same person increases risk of infection. Lancet need to be changed each time if you are using for multiple patients.
