How To Get Better Sleep?

Maintain Regular Sleep Schedule

Relax Before Going to Bed

Exercise Regularly

Finish your exercise routine at least three hours before our bedtime. Exercising during late afternoon is best.
Avoid Caffeine Products Close to Bedtime

Stop Smoking and Drinking

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. This is fantasy. You can keep your male organ inside female vagina for whole night and keep there and sleep whole night. It is not unhealthy. But when you sleep, naturally your male organ loses its erection and become flaccid. this flaccid organ will not be able to be inside the vagina and will automatically come outside. Take care.

First of all - size does not matter as only outer 1 inch of vagina is only sensitive out of the total 4 inch size of vagina, so any size penis is able to satisfy a female. Female satisfaction is more dependent on foreplay. And you will not have a issue with baby because of size. But you are obese, your normal weight must be height in cms - 100, that means it should be 75, you have 30 kg excess weight. First loose your weight, as due to fat penis size appears small, and excess weight is one of the reason for erectile dysfunction and loss of sex desire also.

This happens commonly in males if you don't pass urine after passing sperms, or if you have slight infection or if you drink too less water. So first start lemon juice with a little soda and also lots of liquids. Also salt water wash helps.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To be more specific do fasting blood sugar after 10-12 hrs of taking dinner in the next morning & postprandial after 2 hrs of taking breakfast - also do HbA1c which will show the blood sugar control over last 2-3 months -regular monitoring of blood sugar is required to know the sugar level after food, exercise, early morning after sleep, based on these the diabetologist will base his treatment which can include diet &exercise or also medication.
