Can someone grow tall after their menstrual cycle starts? If yes then by how many inches?
There are no particular rules. Basically it is dependent upon the genes which are inherited from the parents. Diet and exercise are other very important factors that can play a big role. So.one can reach the potential by adapting a healthy lifestyle.

First you check your hcg in the blood (preg test), then caliculate the safe period, the safe is first 8 days after menses and 19th dady onwards in regular menses pattren. First confirm weather it is preg or not, then you ask for further follow up.
