Foods To Consume For Perfect Body Shape

The key to a healthy and happy life is to keep your body weight under control. Obesity acts as a catalyst to several diseases. People with too many extra pounds are more prone to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, and depression. But, what’s the best way of shedding off the unwanted pounds? Well, an effective weight loss programme is not just about sweating it out on the treadmill. A balanced diet is essential for a healthy body.

Besides, there are certain foods that enhance the process of weight loss. These foods have high thermogenic value, i.e. ability to burn a good amount of calories. Here are five foods that can give you the perfect body that you always crave for:

  1. Moong dal: It is every Indian's favourite whichever class he/she belongs to. This dal is full of Vitamin A, B, C and E and many minerals, such as calcium, iron and potassium. It is often advised by dieticians to replace fatty foods with Moon dal as it is a weight loss food that is rich in proteins and fibre, so one feels fuller after having a bowl of dal for a long time and curbs your cravings. Black marks, circles, acne black scars, spots, red spots, bumps, rashes, white or black heads, blackish lips, scars, pigmentation, milia etc. Need local application of specific paste, oil, cream etc. And internal treatment with herbs for 2-3 months, you have to stop tea, coffee, smoking, junk food.

Injury to small portion of spinal chord can affect the sensoery and motor tract .So nerve function of particular tract carrieng sensory impulses from periphery of the body and motor tract carring impulses from brain is damaged. So nerve supply to penis may have been hammered. If nerve is stimulated blood supply to the penis is increased if it is damaged so blood supply to penis is less. Penis become shrunken.

You can take nuts like (almonds, Quinoa, Beans and Legumes, Soya protein, tofu, tempeh, cottage cheese, first class animal protein egg white, chicken,fish, fermented diary product such as yogurt, buttermilk, Consume plenty of Fruits And Vegetables. I had TSH level of 5. 58 initially then after medication of 1 month it came down to 0. 03 and after reducing the dose to half it become 0. 1 today. Is it ok. Is it normal during initial treatment of thyroid.

Hello, With TSH at 5.58 mU/L why was the treatment started? Because TSH value between 6 to 9.9 mU/L is considered as sub-clinical hypothyroidism and no treatment is advocated. Treatment is given only when level goes beyond 10 mU/L. Normal range of TSH is 0.5 to 6 mU/L.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.
