I have undergone transplantation one year back. The result was fine at tha time. But with the time I have again started loosing hair from. The back area nd from the middle. I have tried shampoos, oil but nthng works I have also tried minoxidil but that has not also worked well for me Do you suggest me to use wig for the back area or I should go with the ayurveda products. First reduce your smoking end drinking slowly stop this will help to you. This habites reduces calcium end minirales, vitamines from your body end causes difficiency. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk, fruites, etc. Massaje brahmi bhringraj taila with finger tips into the rootes of the hairs morning end night. Wash hairs with neem tulsi end honey shampoo two times in a week. Do arobic excersices, yoga will help to you. Take calcium tablet or capsule after dinner with milk for 3 month. [taila, shsmpoo mfg. posture correction must do hot fermentation tk supplements. do stretching exercise . avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight . if stretching exercise gives u relief then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis)

Anyone can get tennis elbow if they have the risk factors but common age group is 30 to 60.In racquet sports like tennis, improper stroke technique and improper equipment may be risk factors.Tennis Elbow can also occur without any recognized repetitive injury. This occurence is called "insidious" or of an unknown cause.

Symptoms

The symptoms of tennis elbow develop gradually. In most cases, the pain begins as mild and slowly worsens over weeks and months. There is usually no specific injury associated with the start of symptoms.

Common signs and symptoms of tennis elbow include:

  • Pain or burning on the outer part of your elbow
  • Weak grip strength
  • The symptoms are often worsened with forearm activity, such as holding a racquet, turning a wrench, or shaking hands. Your dominant arm is most often affected; however both arms can be affected.

Hi this is Dr.Vyas this symptoms shows Hb, calcium, iron, and vitamin deficiency. Some time lack of rest or lack of exercise are also responsible. But any way first u share with me your daily routine then we will find out the problem.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I am feeling pain in different part of right hand alongwitg tingling since last one month and took Vitamin B tablet on advice of some doctor which reduced the frequency of tingling. However I am still feeling pain in my finger wrist and elbow every now and then and it also goes away automatically. Please advise me suitably.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
