Hello, there are different types of laser therapies (like nd-yag, quantum ipl, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e. G: may start from rs. 500-700 per sitting for upper lips area and so on). (if there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time).

Hair growth is a natural process that can also take place with assisted treatments. There are quite a few solutions and treatments available. Quite a lot of these are fads while some can be genuine. Homeopathy is an option which is effective for regrowth of hair and curing baldness. This is often the last stop of treatment for people who have failed at restoring their previous state of hair. These are a few well known remedies that homeopathy prescribes for baldness.

  1. Silicea: It is very commonly used and is processed from sandstones and human tissues. It strengthens the hair and reduces dryness by giving essential nourishment to the hair follicles. It is a very good growth enhancer.
  2. Kalium Carbonicum: It is made from compounds which the Egyptians used in glass preparation and is another effective homeopathic medicine. It stops the thinning of hair and reduces its brittleness as well. This in turn increases hair growth.
  3. Lycopodium: Premature baldness shows a dramatically marked response on the use of this miracle homeopathic drug. Women suffering from post-partum hair loss also benefit a lot from using Lycopodium. It is formed from the distillation of evergreen plant spores, such as club moss.
  4. Natrum Muriaticum: Table salt (sodium chloride) is used to prepare this homeopathic medicine. Natrum Muriaticum is especially beneficial when dry crusts form on the scalp and dandruff is the primary reason for hair loss. It even helps when hair fall is triggered by menstrual problems or any skin disorder. This homeopathic remedy is also effective in treating hormonal imbalance related hair loss. Emotional and sensitive people are generally prescribed this drug by their homeopath.
  5. Phosphorous: Another tried and tested hair growth enhancer is phosphorous. People who have baldness in patches and lose hair in clumps are benefitted by this homeopathic medicine. People who suffer from minor scalp ailments or those who lose hair due to excess dandruff are also prescribed this drug by their homeopath.
  6. Kalium Sulphuricum: Hair loss due to flaky dandruff is treated with Kalium Sulphuricum and it is available in tablet and liquid form. It contains some amounts of sulphur and hence shouldn’t be over used. It is generally prescribed for twice a day application. Generally it isn’t recommended in excess and its use should be stopped after two weeks.
  7. Arnica is also an excellent remedy apart from Jaborandi and berberis vulgaris. Hairloss due to genetic heredity is not a disease. Only alopecia due to scalp infection, diseases, and lack of nutrition.
  8. Jaborandi: A good hair restorer which also blackens whitening hair in youngsters.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Pain in my lower back started two months ago. I took some painkillers, it was okay till I took painKiller but again started as soon as I stopped taking painkiller. I undergone xray of LS spine and thoracic spine, it was normal. After someday I started feeling weakness in my hands. I took tablets having methylcobalamin, weakness reduced but as soon as I stopped taking tablet, weakness again starts. Then I was having stiffness in neck, I undergone cervical xray. And cervical spondylitis was detected. Now also I am taking methylcobalamin tablet. But as soon as I stop taking tablet, I become extremely weak. What should I do? Is the lower back pain also the reason of cervical spondylitis?

Cervical spondylitis is related to bones & articulation. You must start ayurvedic medicines to 1) strenghten bones & muscles. 2) stop further degeneration of joint. 3) healing of joint. 4) release muscular spasm even cronic. 5) reduce swelling & pain. Joint & back pain 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Hye, Thanks for the query. For your age nutrition has to be right or you will end up with stunted growth due to poor nutrition. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. •Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. SWEET POTATOES Sweet potatoes are hypoallergenic and the preferred source of post-workout carbohydrates for many athletes and bodybuilder who want to keep their energy stores up and body fat down. Starchy carbs like sweet potatoes eaten after a workout, act as a catalyst for protein to enter muscle tissue and begin the repair/rebuild process. Steam or bake a small or medium sweet potato to eat after your next workout. BANANA Banana has a combination of fiber and natural fruit sugars.
