5 Symptoms Of Heel Pain And It's Treatment!

MBBS, D.ORTHO, DNB (Ortho), Fellowship Joint Replacement, MNAMS

5 Symptoms Of Heel Pain And It's Treatment!

Heel pain is a common problem in the body where the affected person experiences pain radiating from the heel bone. Heel pain usually progresses slowly over time, it is recommended to consult a medical professional, if heel pain turns severe. The pain tends to be most severe after one has been inactive for some time such as after waking up in the morning.

Causes

Heel pain is usually caused when tissues present in the bottom of the heel (Plantar fascia) is inflammed. These tissues connect the heel bone with the bones of the feet and acts as a shock absorber. Tears form in these tissues when they are damaged or when they get thicker. These tissues are at an increased risk of wear and tear for those who are over 45 years old. The risks also tend to increase if the person is obese or whose occupation requires standing for lengthy periods of time.

Among other causes of heel pain are heel bone fractures, fat pad atrophy (a condition where a layer of fat present under the heel bone is reduced) and bursitis (inflammation of the fluid filled sacs present around the joints). Peripheral neuropathy is a condition where damage occurs in the peripheral nerves (that transmits signals between the central nervous system and the rest of the body), this can cause pain in the heel.

Symptoms

The symptoms of heel pain include:

  1. Experiencing pain while jogging or walking
  2. A feeling of pins pricking the heels after waking up in the morning
  3. Inability to put weight on the heel
  4. Painful swelling
  5. Pain in the heel accompanied by fever

Heel pain can be prevented by taking certain preventive measures such as restricting usage of high heeled shoes without proper support and stretching the heel regularly. Medications such as painkillers are used to treat symptoms of heel pain. Consult a doctor for accurate medicines !!

Best way out is to get a cuT inserted for your wife which she can keep from three to ten years according to her choice and the second option is for her to take oral birth control pills which she should take only once she stops breast feeding the baby which can be possible say after about one year do the present option is either condoms or cuT

Respected Doctor Sir/Madam, I am a 28 year old male, me and my wife who is 25 are trying to have a baby from last 3 months but have not been successful yet. I was taking finasteride tablet for hairloss and have quit it 4 months ago as I came to know it can reduce male fertility. My semen is also not pure white but it is somewhat thin and watery. While my wife's discharge volume is also low. Should We try for some more time or do We need to get a fertility test very soon? Are there any home remedies for fertility enhancements for both male and female. What are the methods and aprx costs of clinical fertility enhancements. Your guidance and inputs are highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

1) Pregnancy can occur only on one day of cycle when woman ovulates so when you say tried 3 months it means you had 3 trials. Nature should be given 12 to 24 months.) If impatient any time investigations can be started first non-invasive and invasive later. In that semen is examined so till then don't bother. 3) No home remedies, 4) Clinical fertility enhancing reports and treatment is time consuming and cost differs a lot.

You can do exercise daily but don't exert too much. Hcg injection is given to rupture egg to release ovum. It will help increase your chances of conceiving, all you need to do is follow you doctors instructions and do intercourse in that duration.

Keep a gap of minimum 3 mths before planning your next pregnancy. Ovulation days are 14 days before the next expected period date. So for a cycle of 28 days, it falls on 14th day of cycle, for a cycle of 30 days, it falls on 16th day of cycle. & so on. You should have intercourse from 2 days prior to ovulation to 2 days after ovulation. Those are the only fertile days in the whole cycle.

Bleeding after the first sex or when loosing virginity is not the rule as many time bleeding occurs but it goes inside the vagina and many not be visible outside.

this is a common problem among females. Infection and anaemia due to lack of nutrition is the main culprit. if the discharge is smelly or off white/ brownish etc, the chances are that cervix of uterus would also be affected if ignored. Good nutritious food and specified female friendly herbs settle Leucorrhoea caused by weakness. Local vaginal hygiene is important. Our Leucorrhoea cure pack is an important and successfull formula, totally safe and boon for ladies. We select quality herbs and apply proper procedures and ratios to prepare combo.
