Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day. Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock to wake up on time, you may need to set an earlier bedtime. As with your bedtime, try to maintain your regular wake-time even on weekends.

Vomiting is an association for most sick children during fever. As today is the first day of fever do not panic. Temp is mild. Give plenty of fluids and ors during vomiting give cold sips not hot liquid to controle vomiting watch the baby's urination pattern if normal or different from before for possible urinary infection and contact Dr. Later as of now give fluids keep cool with low external temprature. You may help with emiset drops. 12 drops thrice daily before food for next 2 days. Thanks.

Follow these guidelines. Do muscle building exercise like push ups, weight lifting etc. Eat extra more frequently than before. Do not skip meals. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add ghee, butter etc with foods extra. Eat fish, egg, meat etc more. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep at night. These are simple things but for more details and quick guaranteed result consul me privately on lybrate.

Arthritis? Types of Arthritis? Food to eat and food to avoid for Arthritis.

Arthritis means Joint inflammation caused due to stiffness, swelling, pain in the joints. People from all the ages, sexes, races can and do have arthritis.

The most common type of Arthritis is osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid.

Best food for Arthritis-
Low Fat Diary products like Milk, Yogurt, and cheese are packed with calcium and vitamin, both are found to increase bone strength.

Have oily Fish like Tuna, Salmon, sardines for Arthritis. Having marine life for your meal could calm arthritis- Inflammation.

Onion, Garlic, Leeks have been proven to fight inflammations.

Have unsalted nuts and seeds.

Have fresh fruits, especially pineapples, cherries, oranges, kiwi fruits, berries.

Have fresh vegetables like carrots, beets, and zucchini.

Whole grain cereals.

A well-balanced diet rich in antioxidant, i.e. Green, red, yellow, orange fruits, and vegetables goes a long way in preventing the progression of Arthritis.

There are few types of food to be avoided during Arthritis which can worsen Arthritis symptoms.

Aerated Beverages, Eggplants, caffeine, Read meat (Fatty meat),Tomatoes, Whole fat milk, Junk food, Alcohol, food with high sugar

Exercise
It was thought that people with arthritis should not exercise because it would damage their joints when the arthritis is under control people with arthritis can improve their health and fitness through exercise, without hurting their joints. It can give you more energy, help you sleep better, control your weight, make your bones and muscles stronger, decrease fatigue, If you have arthritis, you have more reasons to exercise:

Keep your joints from becoming too stiff.

Keep the muscles around your joints strong.

Keep bone and cartilage tissue strong and healthy.

Improve your overall fitness.
What happens without exercise?

If you don't exercise, your muscles become smaller and weaker, and your bones can become more brittle. Many people with arthritis keep their joints in a bent position because it's more comfortable. If the joints stay in one position for too long (without movement) they can become stuck in that position. If this happens, you may even lose the use of those joints. Exercise moves these joints and helps keep them as flexible as possible.

I am 63. Drinking plenty of water daily and have urination freequently.Any problem?

Usually prescribe plenty of water in case a person is having stones.In case everything is OK,you can cut down the intake sufficient enough to maintain urine output of 1.5 litres or so.Also get yourself evaluated for prostate problem with ultrasound & urine test.

In hypothyroidism one can eat whole grain products, salt water fish, certain nuts like brazil nuts, fresh fruits, vegetables (less of cauliflower, cabbage & broccoli), onions, tomatoes etc. Avoid coffee and soya beans. Plus the medicine as prescribed.

The solution to your problem is very simple. Change your lifestyle. And you will find that your digestion has improved considerably. Hair fall is a consequence of long term indigestion and low nutrition This can also be corrected with a healthy diet 1. Eat at the right time daily. long gap between meals does not help. ensure you include enough fibres in your diet to promote digestion - one bowl each of fresh fruits and boiled vegetables will give you sufficient fibre. Also included natural digestive aids like Ginger , cumin, coriander, mint - in fa t you can make a herbal tea out of the above ingredients and have it twice daily 2. Exercise for 30 minutes daily- this is a must and the best solution for all digestive issues. 3. sleep - avoid sleeping during g the day time. This reduces your digestive power. Try to catch a good 7hrs sleep at night
