Simple Ways to Live a Happy Life!

Simple Ways to Live a Happy Life!

1. Do What You Love
If your passion is playing soccer, writing poems, or teaching children how to swim, make time to do it. You’ll find that when you’re doing what you love, you’re filled with joy. How much better does that sound than forcing yourself do something you don’t like?

2. Help Others
Sometimes after we’ve achieved our own personal goals, we still feel empty inside because we haven’t made a meaningful contribution to someone else’s life. When we volunteer or help others, it feels good to just be of service to someone else. The impact we make feels fulfilling and is a big potential source for our own happiness.

3. Be Thankful
When you think of all the things that you have to be grateful for, you realize how blessed you already are. Without even realizing it, we take our basic necessities for granted — a roof over your head and plenty of food to eat. By appreciating the things that you already have, you’ll begin to feel happier in your life.

4. Share With Others
When we share our thoughts, our time, and our abilities with others we feel better for it. A life lived without sharing can become lonely. When you share with others, they’ll feel great towards you and help you to feel more joy in your own life.

5. Smile More
Practice smiling more and see how it affects you internally, as well as those around you. You can always afford to give a smile. Smiling can make you happier — even if you have to force it, you’ll still feel better.

6. Exercise
When was the last time you went to the gym or worked out? Exercise reduces stress and releases endorphins, also known as a “runner’s high.” Playing sports is a fun way to exercise as well, whether it’s kicking around a soccer ball or shooting hoops.

7. Eat Healthy
It’s much more challenging to feel truly happy when you’re sick. But when you eat right, you feel better both physically and mentally. And you’ll avoid that guilty feeling that you just pigged out on junk food.

8. Spend Time With Your Loved Ones
There’s no replacement for spending quality time with your loved ones. We’re social beings, even if you’re an introvert or a loner. People love spending time with their friends and family for good conversation, bonding, and some laughs. Life’s too short to live it completely alone.

Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. While the modern day diet is becoming more and more full of fats, sweets and empty calories, it is becoming devoid of nutritious vitamins and minerals. The fibre content is also decreasing. One tends to stack up on junk food in an effort to take a quick bite while on the go. At the same time, physical activity is on the decline. One has increased access to vehicles and the need to walk or cycle is almost not present. Even for commuting short distances, one uses cars or two wheelers. All these things are readily contributing to this epidemic of obesity. When it comes to getting rid of the excess fat, one needs to work conscientiously and consistently on both the counts mentioned above. One’s diet has to be altered so as to include more and more natural fruits and vegetables. Processed food and junk food should be cut down to the minimum. A daily exercise regimen needs to be adopted. Exercising for 30-40 minutes for a minimum of 5 days a week is necessary. Homeopathy helps by regulating the metabolic system of the individual. There are more than 100 medicines listed in the Homeopathic literature for obesity. It is a tough job selecting the right medicine for a particular patient. One needs to take into account a lot of things before selecting the right course of treatment. These things relate to other symptoms or conditions that may be present or the person may be suffering from. A lot of importance is given to the reason, if any can be found that stimulated weight gain. This reason could be a particular illness or an event or some psychological setback in life. The general reaction of the person to extremes of temperature, his or heating habits also need to be taken into account. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects.

Hello. Often the first step is the hardest. With so much emotional turmoil going on your life, it would be good to find an outlet. Seeking out help from a trained mental health professional would be ideal. If you are unable to do so, reach out to a close friend. If there is dysfunction in the family, of course all the members would need some coaxing and help, but it is advisable that first you begin by working on your own self. Good luck.

Amla - The Mother Of All Berries!

The humble Amla (or Indian gooseberry) is the best super food you can give to your body. In Ayurveda, Amla is treated like a Mother. You will be astonished by the care a single amla berry gives you. It makes your skin glow, hair shine, stomach settled, bones stronger, Immunity high and other organs very healthy! A regular intake of Amla keeps all illnesses at bay.

Here are top 9 of the numerous benefitsof Amla is packed with:

1) Richest source of Vitamin C
Amla is one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin C. A single gooseberry packs Vitamin C content several times more than an orange. Vitamin C immensely helps degenerative health problems, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, and Alzheimer's disease. It helps greatly in common health problems like cold and flu as well.

2) Skin God
Skin health is directly propotional to stomach and hormonal health. Since Amla helps to detoxify the liver and aids digestion (as well as being a good source of Vitamin C and other minerals), one of the results of taking it regularly is that it almost instantly enhances one's complexion.

3) Hair Hero
Amla is a hair fortifier. Since Amla is great for digestion, it makes it easier for our bodies to absorb the calcium in the foods we eat, therefore resulting in healthier hair (as well as healthier bones, teeth, and nails). It helps us to preserve youthful hair color, and minimizes hair loss.

4) Enhances immunity
Packed with loads of Vitamin C and polyphenols, amla is a rich source of antioxidants. Due to high content of tannins, Amla has the property of dissolving free radicals thus reducing the damage caused by free radicals on the body. This improves the body's ability to fight disease. Regular intake of Amla prepares your body for fighting fatigue, weakness or diseases.

5) Reduces inflammation
Due to its anti bacterial, astringent and anti-inflammatory properties, Amla helps in curing of infections, ulcers and also reduces fever.

6) Improves digestion
Amla brings down acidity and helps the body to assimilate nutrients from the foods we eat. The fiber, polyphenol and water content of amla combined with its anti inflammatory properties make it a great antidote for an upset stomach.

7) Strengthens Liver
Amla protects your liver from oxidative damage that is caused by chemicals or alcohol. It strengthens the liver and helps us to flush out toxins.

8) Regulates Urinary System
It regulates your urinary system and helps in flushing out toxins through the urinary system without over-stimulating it.

9) Relieves Menstrual Cramping
Amla provides great relief for menstrual cramps. And a daily dose or amla juice or fruit can remove the trouble in the long term.

Do not worry, weight and try till one year of your marital life , some times there is delay in conception due to many reasons. Eat nutritious food items and avoid anxiety as anxiety will affect your sexual life. Ask your wife to remain on bed with legs high to retain semen inside . After one year if she dose not conceive then you both have to undergo different investigations. Best of luck.
