I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. According to ayurveda, white patches are due to indigestion, especially of kapha. In modern its called one type of fungal infection. I m giving some tips to you avoid overeating avoid non veg & heavy food start ginger & turmeric before each meal if you are taking milk, it should be boiled with ginger or turmeric avoid curd avoid day sleep if constipation, clear it take luke warm water only for some days.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

First of all do suryanamskar daily and brisk walking. Then detoxify your body by drinking wheat grass juice daily after waking up. Take plain home made food during the day. Avoid junk and soda. Slowly you will see a lot of difference in your belly.

Dandruff Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Home remedies are as follows:- Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturises dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.

I am listing down some food items that can pacify your pitta-vata dosha. Grains: white basmati rice, barley, corn, couscous, oat bran, oats, wheat, wheat bran vegetables: bitter leafy greens, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, mushrooms in small amount, okra, onions (cooked in ghee), peas, sweet peppers, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, sprouts, squash, green beans, zucchini. Legumes: aduki beans, black beans, black-eyed peas, chick peas (garbanzo beans), kidney beans, most other beans, lentils, peas, soy products, must be cooked properly, once or twice a week. Spices: cooling spices like cardamom, coriander seed, cilantro leaves, fennel, fresh basil, dill, turmeric, small amounts of cumin and fresh ginger. Fruits: sweet fruits such as apples, apricots, avocado, berries, coconuts, dates, figs, grapes, sweet melons, sweet oranges, plums, pomegranates. Dairy: most fresh dairy is good such as fresh ghee, fresh whole milk (properly cooked). Meats: pittas are best suited with a vegetarian diet; however, the following meats are the least aggravating: chicken (white meat), turkey (white meat) which should be baked or broiled. Nuts: few nuts, most are too oily and heating, sunflower and almonds can be good in moderation. Oils: ghee, sunflower, olive, canola, small amounts of sesame.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as'hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of dht (di- hydro -testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (there are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, scarring alopecia, traction alopecia, etc.) causes of hairloss: many factors are responsible formation of this dht or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. (n. B: with the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of hair transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - cbc, s. Iron, s. Folic acid, s. Ferritin, s. Calcium, s. Vitamin d3, s. Vitamin b12. If there is any family history of thyroid dysfunction, get thyroid function test done as well.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk. Avoid drinking copious amounts of beverages with meals, though.The liquid creates temporary feelings of fullness in your stomach so you may eat less solid, calorie-containing food. Take shool gaj kesari ras twice a day..take gokshuradi guggul & punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day...pranacharya U through capsule and syrup twice a day...drink lots of water....avoid spinach...tea and coffee..tomato...lady finger etc....

It is actually birth mark, and cannot be removed. Still we can have a try to remove it. Apply Berberis Aqua Q over it for 2 times in a day for 2 weeks. If it was supposed to go, then this will definitely help you in that. If not, then it will not go at all. Hope you understood it. Take care. :)
