The most common high-lactose foods include: Milk, milkshakes and other milk-based beverages. Whipping cream and coffee creamer. Ice cream, ice milk, sherbet. Cheese. Butter. Puddings, custards. Cream soups, cream sauces. Foods made with milk. Regular yogurt is often tolerable for people with lactose intolerance, even though it's high in lactose. Most yogurts contain active, live bacteria that actually help break down the lactose from the yogurt. However, frozen yogurt doesn't typically contain these beneficial bacterial cultures.

Hello , exercises would be preferred by physical trainer concentrate on your diet. Add omega-3 into your diet. See our body has two types of fats, omega-6 and omega-3. And o6: 03 ratio would be 5: 1. But our diet only have omega 6 from our excess amount of oil. So that ratio is increasing like 100: 2 or 200: 1. Only source of omega-3 is deep cold water fish or some other plant sources. Highest form of omega-3 will be from food supplements. Let me know if I can help you with that. Benefits of omega-3 1. Your skin will get a good color, any dark marks on your face will be cured in a 2 months time. 2. Brain functioning will improve. 3. It will balance your fat level in your body according to omega6 4. Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately.

Transplanted hair grows very well just as the natural hair but the initial growth takes some time .Usually 4-12 months after surgery, the transplanted hair gets thicker, courser and fuller. Dear lybrate user with the limited information provided it appears that you are suffering form indigestion issues and constipation. It is advisable if you can start exercising on a regular basis 30-45 minutes a day along with intake of high fibre diet and liberal fluid intake. Try to avoid food stuffs made of maida and white bread, whole grain bread can be taken try with these life style issues first and if complains persist then revert we will discuss and start you on medication because every patient has a different requirement of medicine. Dark circles can be due to underlying causes like iron deficiency and lack of sleep and definitely due to hormonal changes, we do not like to give any oral medicine which is not safe after pregnancy especially if you are feeding the baby. You can send a clear picture of the dark circles and another picture with stretching the lower eye lid, a clear picture not from mobile camera.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
