Acne is a skin condition that is characterized by formation of red bumps on your skin. It usually occurs when you have oily skin wherein, the pores of your skin may get clogged by impurities thus, resulting in acne breakouts. It may also result from the inflammation of the skin wherein, the immune system tries to get rid of the bacteria on the skin.

According to Ayurveda, acne stems from the imbalance of the doshas, primarily the “pitta dosha”. The imbalance of the “dosha” leads to accumulation of toxins in the face, which, in turn, tend to pose impediments for energy circulation in the face.

The various Ayurvedic remedies for acne are:

  1. Diet: Diet is an important factor to consider when it comes down to the treatment of acne since what you eat is directly linked to your skin health. Limit eating oily and fried food as they tend to aggravate sebum production on your face. Include plenty of green vegetables in your diet as they provide essential vitamins to nourish your skin.

  2. Exercise: Make sure you exercise on regular basis as it improves circulation in the body. It also keeps your weight in check thus, reducing the risk of cardiac and metabolic disorders. It also facilitates removal of toxins from your body.

  3. Cleanse your face on a regular basis: You must follow a proper skincare regimen where you wash your face with a herbal soap at least twice daily. Don’t use harsh soaps as they can strip your face of all the essential oils, thus indirectly leading to overproduction of oil. Cleaning your face regularly is important to remove the dirt from your face, which otherwise may cause clogged pores, resulting in acne.

  4. Use herbs: Herbs like neem and aloevera as they are good for your skin and they help in reducing the bacteria that lead to acne. You may also use lemon juice as a toner as it has certain properties that reduce oil production and tones the skin. It also has astringent properties, which facilitate tightening of the skin thus, closing the opened pores.

Hi for gain weight_ foods like flour, rice, honey, raisins, figs, dates butter, suger, cream, jam can help increase weight. Sweet substance can increase weight better than fatty foods. Although fats are energy dense foods and help reduce the bulk of diet. Easily digestible protein of high biological value like milk, egg and a combination of cereal and pulses should be included in diet. Germinated wheat is also extremely beneficial if taken in form of gruel mixed with hot mik.

The growth of beard and moustache is mainly depend on the male Hormone Testosterone. Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. If you are over weight, obviously you have to reduce it, but it in a healthy way. With your exercise you didn't took proper food as required, that is the reason you got the muscle loss. In rest and for doing the exercise and other daily activities need energy from carbohydrate, protein and fat you will get it and you cannot avoid any one of it. Through a proper proportion of carbohydrate, protein and fat you can maintain your normal weight. Once you take more than required amount it will get stored as fat. Also if you take more carbohydrate without fiber it will digest and absorb very fast and raise your blood sugar level suddenly, these time also body will take required amount and remaining will get stored as fat. So take your regular carbohydrate source with fiber containing foods. 'Eg: Take your white rice with vegetable curry or subji or salad etc' Maintain at least 2 to 2.5 hrs gap between your meals so you will not get much hungry at a time and each intake will be normal. Include good source of protein (Egg, chicken, mutton, fish, Milk, All pulses and beans) in a healthy way. At least with your main meal include 1 portion of food items with good source of protein. If you are still over weight, avoid the intake of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries for a time period and if you are at your ideal body weight then don't be regular with those things. Another one main thing is that, don't stick with a particular type of foods include all verity, Include all different colored fruits and vegetables, include all millets and cereals. Start your exercise with 20 min and gradually increase up to one hour. Take at least 3 liter of water. What I mentioned here is general guidelines, make a plan your self and maintain a good life style. All the best.

If she wants to control diet she will have to check herself no one else can do it for her once she makes up a strong mind about doing it she should follow it strictly she can replace her cravings by other healthy food items like lime water butter milk salads fruits etc

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Usually hormonal changes trigger increased sebum production. Sebum is a kind of oil produced by skin to maintain its moisture content. Excess sebum can clog the skin pores. Propioni bacteria acnes, is normally present over skin, overgrows in areas with high sebum and releases mediators that lead to inflammation of skin. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are also known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. Start the following Immediately and continue for 14 months. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping.
