considering her age only local application is not sufficient. she need proper treatment & some panchakarma procedures to get well soon here some tips for JOINT PAIN Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular light stretching exercises This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. need medicines to achieve complete relief.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Hello, * certain symptoms r to be taken into account. # pain is better in movement or in rest. # does she suffer from gastric disorder? # what is the uric acid-level? # does she suffer from ra-level? however, * take, plenty of water, * go, for aerobic exercise of joints under the physiotherapist. *she should take, easily digestible diet avoidng junk food. *homoeo-medicine** @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont 200- 6 pills, thrice a day. @five phos 6x-4 pills, thrice a day. Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. There are many causes of pain in lower back region, most commonly it can be just arising out of faulty posture with weak back muascles, it can be due to degenerative disc disease, spinal canal narrowing due to several reasons, localized inflammatory or infectious causes. So causes are many but if you tell me your history, I will be able to give you an idea of what you need to do to get cured or relieved from it. Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Hello lybrate-user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.
