I feel very anxious mostly. When I thought something it remains whole day. Also I fear of what will happen to me. Mostly the times remain bored. It's happen from one time I have chest pain I have done various test regarding to that which are normal. When it pains I feel very fear of that. I can't concentrate on my study and I am afraid to enjoy the moments. Please give me the proper solution for that and also proper knowledge to manage it.

Hello, thanks for sharing your concern with us. I want to know if you have tried to create a schedule or keep a target or a goal for every day. I think you get anxious because you are not able to do anything throughout the day. That is causing fear in your heart. Probably, if you have not tried keeping a schedule, then can you try that. Like start with small goals or target everyday and see if this helps you or gets you motivated .Sometimes having a weekly plan also helps.) Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user, Thanks for your question, I would recommend if you could use pure almond oil mixed with organic coconut oil for the baby. This not only will nourish Baby's skin but it will keep healthy. I feel the more you breast feed the baby, the more healthy it would be. So continue doing that. You can see a dietitian for your own diet.

Hi doctor I have married 6 months ago. My wife has 3elder and 1younger sisters. Since 6 months my wife is not merged with us and always talks about her family. I think after marriage every lady should change and merge with husband's family. But in my case it is totally different. She always talks on phone with her sisters and parents. I don't know What she is talking but here always some disturbances will happen with me and my parents. I was totally depressed whether I should support my parents or my wife. Recently we talked to her parents about her. Since 20 days she is fine but now same thing is happening. My parents are suffering with diabetes. They need support of me and my wife. But I am not satisfied with this type. I am in big dilemma. please help to solve my problem.

Hello lybrate-user, I completely understand your situation and what you are going through. I understand your expectation that your wife needs to adjust with your family, I agree with that, however, I would suggest talk to her with the understanding that she can definitely communicate with her relatives in addition to try to get acquainted to the new family and the new culture of the family. Is this your arrange marriage. If its your arrange marriage, it will take some time for your wife to completely get adjusted to your family. However, I do understand that she has a responsibility now and she is supposed to balance that. Additionally, it will really help if you both are willing to go through Post Marriage Counseling with a Professional to understand how to have a healthy and successful married life.

When someone asks a question or say when I have to speak instantly. Then I fumble and stammer and take a pause and then speak my name. So my question I feel embarrassed in stammering so I want to heal it and remove it completely .how to do it?

Hello lybrate-user, thanks for your question. Have you tried taking speech therapy. I feel you can find ways to heal your speech. However, before you take further steps, you need to work on self-confidence, so that though you stammer you still feel confident about answering or replying to the question. I would highly recommend if you could take some speech therapy sessions as well to help you with your fumbling and stammering. There are some Youtube videos as well that can guide you with speech. I don't mind helping you. But it is recommended that you have face to face sessions for the same.

Hello lybrate-user, Has any expert diagnosed you have depression. Depression is a process of symptoms that are continued over a period of time. If you persistently face the same symptoms over from 4 weeks to more then you can be diagnosed based on the severity of symptoms. However, for now I would say try to refrain from Allopathy drugs. There are herbal supplements and Natural Therapies that can promote sleep at night. You can contact me if you wish to know further about alternative treatment or therapy for sleep at night.

Hello lybrate-user, can you tell me about his symptoms and for how long have these symptoms persist. We cannot judge depression easily, he needs to have flow of symptoms for a period of time. Say from 1 month to 6 months which will help us to evaluate and understand if he does have Depression. It could be the starting signs of Depression, but again its hard to label him without knowing a little bit more.) Regards

Hello lybrate-user, Thanks for sharing your problem. I see you are on medication. I think Tenzin, firstly you have to create a schedule for yourself, the thoughts in your mind will fight with you to procrastinate. However, you need to make a conscious decision of keeping one goal in mind which you follow religiously everyday. You are unable to remember because of the mind clogging, too many thoughts running through your mind. So you need thought management. I would recommend you to take Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which will help you with the management of thoughts which indeed will affect your behavior.

Hello Sagar, Sorry that you are going through an uncomfortable situation with the anxiety disorder. I would recommend that you meet with the Doctor and inform him/her about the side effects, I am sure the Doctor will be able to assist you in either recommending a different drug or else reduce the dosage. Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are going through depression. I understand and empathize with your condition. Since when have you been prescribed anti-depressants. Are you able to take help online? if so then depression can be treated with psychotherapy; especially cognitive behavioral therapy. Experienced professionals may be where you are, or here may also help you with alternatives other than taking anti-depressants. Hello, I can understand, headaches are not at all pleasant. He can try the deep breathing exercise which may help his headache a little bit. If not it will be recommended that you take him to the doctor so that he/she can advise you well. Additionally, there are some natural supplements that can be tried if you are not keen on taking allopathy, for that you can take an online appointment from a professional who can guide you well. While you are anxious about your body being weak, and due to which you feel that it is causing strains in your marriage; I wonder if you are able to seek professional help in delhi, or else a practitioner online can help you deal with your anxiety right now. As there won't be an one line answer to the problem. For now, you can shift your focus from being too weak, to finding alternatives where you eat well, and follow a diet plan, along with proper professional guidance. Hello, I understand your anxiety. However, you should try saying affirmative proclaimations such as: I have tge skill to be good at tge job interview, I am special and unique, I will try my best to prove my skills to the one who interviews me, my interviewer isn't greater than god, I have god with me. Believe in yourself. Close your eyes and say these things. I am sure you will start feeling the confidence.

I am 27 year old. Right now I am preparing for civil service exam. I had stayed during my engg days with my aunt and uncle for 1 year. My aunt treated me very very badly. She asked me to leave after 1 year yet she himself called me to stay in their house as I had already prepared to stay in hostel. She defames me and wrongly accused for pretty things. They just called me because their son was preparing for engg entrance exam and I could accompany him for study and as soon as their motive is over they trashed me out. I had personal grudge with my aunt. She was mastermind behind all this. I cannot forget all these personal trauma till now. I started excessive masturbation after that. I always thought to defame her. I had no respect for her. I saw her as only sexobject. Whenever I masturbate in my conscious I was degrading her. Whenever I saw her I just wanted to beat her mercilessly. But now I wanted to come out from all these stuff as it was sometimes affected my study. Although I never forgive her. Please suggest me solution.

However, forgiveness will free you from the Bondage of anger and resentment, only then you will have peace and concentration when you study. Hello Mady, Firstly, it is so difficult to understand problems in one go, it is easy to give solutions, but much important is the root cause of the problem. If you can find a qualified therapist then that may be a good idea for her. Some sessions will help her to bring herself back together. Therapist can help her to overcome the underlying (stressors) It is important that each stressor is addressed and dealt with appropriately. Most of the doctors said exposure to sun can be a cause n moles can get converted to skin cancer .i have lots of moles (till) on face and some on chest. Is it a reason to worry? I am working in IT. A week before I was working till late night (3 AM) and in night shift for 4 days. For the past one week I unable to get proper sleep. I am awake all night. Hello Sweta, Are you facing any kind of situation or circumstance due to which you are feeling depressed. The way to reduce depression will be to take few sessions on managing your thoughts. Hello Krishna, Sorry to hear that you are suffering from panic and anxiety. Are you on any medications. You should perhaps seek Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reduce your anxiety. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will provide you with strategy and technique to deal with anxious thoughts and behavior.
