Avoid whatever bad habits as your thinking and do consult neuro physio and take ift and laser therapy for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise.

While waking up in the morning I am getting back pain muscle pain. What should i do?

You should consult a physiotherapist, and take sessions if you have allergies with painkillers. Anyhow painkillers are not good for long term use. For the time being you can use a pain relieving ointment - volini gel/ ortho pain oil, followed by a hot water fomentation before going to sleep, every night. This will help your muscles to relax. Stretch your body to avoid spasms and stiffness in neck and back.

I am 55 years old and I have skin allergies like ring circle. I have applied various ointments and showed it to many doctors. I get relief for sometime and then it surfaces back again. What can be done?

Kindly show me x-rays of the affected part. You may sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I am getting testicle pain continuously, previously 12 years back ball hits my testicle, after 12 years I am getting pain, is it cause any issue. Previously it causes back pain and some extra growth came near to my left disc. Now it's coming continuously pain near to belt place ie n below stomach. Pain coming on my Left side.

Hello, Prolonged testicular pain occur due to over exhaustion of the organ mostly due to to excessive masturbation. It later transforms into varicocelectomy or testicular torsion. It can make you infertile if left untreated, so do not neglect the symptom and start treatment. Medicines started early can revolve the problem and can also avoid surgical intervention in the future.

Please do some strengthening exercises & also do 2 minute warm up before running. Train your legs muscles ; so, that when next time you'll run - you won't feel pain. In evening apply some ice on your painful sore muscles. Or, after all this you r not getting relief - then rest for few days take some analgesics & consult your nearest physiotherapist.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
