Yes cbc pics would be required. 5.4 hemoglobin is less. For diagnosis of leukemia a detailed history is required. Kindly consult with report.

There is no such side effects reported with any of the vaccine. You can go and take any vaccine. Just get vaccinated. Which is the most imp thing right now.
