As I'm a little overweight please guide me to reduce weight.
U take low calorie low sodium high protein high fibre diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval. your wt is less according To your ht.

I am 24 f, 5'5" 48 kg and a teacher by profession. I leave early at 6 and skip breakfast most of the time. For lunch I eat one chapati and in the evening I have some fruit juice followed by a light dinner. I feel lazy and tired to do anything or to eat. I have oily skin and want to live a healthy and energetic life. Kindly suggest a diet chart.

Sir I can use garnicia cambogia for loosing weight I have pcod hormones problem not there ovarian cyst but egg not growing 6 kg weight and 5.3 height 24 age otherwise which medicines will be loosing weight tell me without side effects.
