Dear Sir,
I have been malnutrition since childhood. Initially I do not have much complications due to it. But now there are lots of complications like feeling dizziness, sluggish, weakness and lack of energy all time. It affects my day to day life work. I have also loss of appetite, constipation. I have made blood test, in reports I am Vitamin B-12 deficient and RBC level low.
What should I do? What should be my diet chart. And supplement of Vitamin B-12? Can I completely recovered from this? Kindly suggest me to cope up with this.
