Hello doctor my question is how to stay energetic and active all the day in our work. Is there any food that can help us? I feel lethargy, lazy and sleepy in the day time?

MBBS, MD, DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Indore
You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables TO BOOST ENERGY - 1. Lemon water. The simplest way to get a boost ever 2. Fresh fruit. The natural sugar in fruit provides a quick pick-me-up when you're dragging and helps keep blood sugar levels steady because it's packed with fiber 3. Nuts 4. Dark chocolate 5. Whole-grain toast 6. Cardamom 7. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. 8. Spicy herbs can increase metabolism. 9. Greek yogurt has tons of protein. 10. Popcorn is a good source of carbs. 11. Leafy greens are full of iron that improves concentration levels. These above ways will help you boost stamina and energy. I hope this will help you. For more queries contact.

Hi Sir, How can I improve my sleep I have problem falling asleep and have to get up at least 3 to 4 times to urinate.

MBBS, MD, DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Indore
Hi Sir, How can I improve my sleep I have problem falling asleep and have to get up at least 3 to 4 times to urinate.
Usually sugar patients get frequency of urination. Just go for urine test to rule out the cause. And limit water intake 2 hrs before sleep. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

My friend is felt drowsiness in the morning, she has low blood pressure conditions sometimes. Is this feeling of drowsiness is because of low bp? How can we take care of it?

MBBS, MD, DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Indore
Yes low bp can be one of the cause for drowsiness. FOR LOW B.P - 1. Eat a diet higher in salt. 2. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating 3. Limit alcoholic beverages, Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. 4. Avoid heavy lifting. 5. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. 6. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. 7. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. 8. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. 9. Avoid straining while on the toilet. 10. Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time. For homeopathic medicine. Contact us.

Fungus usually grows in absence of oxygen. Exposure to more oxygen helps in preventing fungal growth. Fungal infection occurs due to poor immunity. To get rid of it we need good nutritious food. Avoid all types of shampoo and soap For this problem, we need to see the case to come to any conclusion. Without visualizing the condition, it is difficult to come to any conclusion regarding this disease. So if possible, do visit the clinic or book an online appointment for the treatment Fungal infection usually occurs recurrently, so the type of infection needs to be analysed.
