Dear Arun, your diastolic bp (lower) is high and need treatment . Please continue the tablets prescribed and reduce your salt intake and ensure you do walking atleast 30 full answer

Diet high in fiber and green leafy veggies. Low salt non veg means lean meat witt no fat twice a week preferably fish. Daily 30 min walk. Not more than twice a week 1 pe full answer
