Dear , if its a broken leg, I guess then doctors must have put plaster cast or crape bandage in the affected area. Initially its gonna pain but if it's unbearable then il suggest you have an enzoflam, pain will come down and with that do ankle-toe movement.

For this I can tell stress reducing tips . STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7. Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8. Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9. Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10. Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery. 11. Keep an eye on things that might suggest you’re not coping well. For example, are you smoking or drinking more, or sleeping less? 12. Keep a list of the large and little hassles in your day versus the major stressful events in your life. This helps you focus on the fact that you’re keeping track of and managing those as well as you can. 13. Set aside a time every day to work on relaxation. 14. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, junk food, binge eating and other drugs as your primary means for coping with stress. While they can be helpful once in awhile, using them as your only or usual method will result in longer-term problems, such as weight problems or alcoholism. 15. Learn to just say, “No” occasionally. It won’t hurt other people’s feelings as much as you think and is simply a method to be more assertive in your own life, to better help you meet your own needs. 16. Get the right amount of sleep. For most people, this is seven to nine hours a night. 17. Cultivate a sense of humor; laugh. 18. Research has shown that having a close, confiding relationship protects you from many stresses. 19. Don’t run from your problems! This only makes them worse. 20. Talk to your family and friends. See if they can help. If these tips don’t help, or you’ve tried a lot of them with little luck in better taming the stress in your life, it may be time to consider taking it up a notch. A mental health professional — such as a psychologist — can help teach you more effective methods for handling stress in a healthy way in your life. Such psychotherapy is short-term and time-limited, with a focus on helping you better deal with stress.

Sitting job giving back pain is very common in my patients. You will need modification of posture and changes in chair. It is because of muscle weakness and you will need to strengthen your back muscles. Calcium and Vitamin D medicines will help.

Back pain can be due to multiple causes. It could range from simple muscular tightness and weakness to disc bulge or herniation and many more. Back and leg stretching exercises, hot and cold fermentation can help too. Try focusing on your posture, avoid prolong periods of sitting.

This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises Contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi, I am 25. I have half of headache problem since last 2 months. It gradually increasing to rest half of my body. I feel little weaker on that side of my body (right). Pain now down to shoulder, back and thigh on same side. This is not much of the pain but I also feel heavier on that side of my body. Is this any neurological problem or pain? it blocking my hearing and making me feel skeleton imbalance. Should I go for full body MRI? please advice.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hi sir good noon, My problem is I have acidity problem I have symptoms like heart burning, burning sensation abdomen, palpitation, chest pain is rotating to one place to another place and also left arm uneasy and pain is moving some times left side of chest I was scared and I have taken ECG. I consulted to a doctor shown to the doctor it was good and normal that is 2 months back. Doctor was given rabeprazole & domperidone and one syrup. I used it one month course. Now again started my problem My main problem is, i am psychologically suffer When pain is moving left n right of the chest. It might be any heart related sm thng. Even dctr told me to tht Nt Related heart any thing. Pls suggest me sir Will ECG report change within short period sir? Pls suggest me am psychologically suffer sir.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc - no associated symptoms like fever, swelling etc, my advice initially will be - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required your pain could be due to either reasons in spine, mechanical backache or something like vitamin d deficiency etc. Let me know in 2 weeks time how you are feeling and then we can suggest you some exercises for lower back muscle strengthening which you can do at home. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral - flexion and extension views) since it is now 5 months since you have pain. Blood tests: esr, crp and serum vitamin d levels and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hi lybrate-user, fallen from stairs got injury and feeling pain. Do not worry. Apply diclofenac gel and take heat fermentation to reduce pain. If the pain is severe you can take accelofenac paracetamol tablet 1 time a day for 2 days only.
