Hey. Thank you for your query. If your exercise is not intense and if your diet is not nutrient rich, then protein supplement is just going to fill gaps due to poor nutrition. Proteins are used only as much as needed by the body. If they are in excess of the requirements it's just going to be utilised for fuel rather than repair of muscles. So, see to it that your diet is good and your exercise is good as well.

Good afternoon my name is ather 34 year age I am suffering from diabetes for last one year two days back I consult a diabetologist nears my home there he tested sugar level at glucometer 385 and he prescribed me two tablets Dia micron xr 60 before break fast and gluformin I 0.5 after break fast and before sleep at night. And after two days I checked my glucose level at glucometer it's show again 385 .previously I used to take guformin 500 mg.

Deciding to treat diabetes based on glucometer readings alone is not right. You should do a proper FBS, 2 hour PPBS and HbA1c in a lab and only then, such a decision should be taken.

I am 27 and obese.
Lybrate-userji, t2 diabetes does run in families, passes on to children from parents. So there is a real possibility of you getting it too. However, one good thing about t2 dm is that it is a preventable disease. By that it means that if one maintains a healthy modifies lifestyle, one can remain free from it or postpone it for a number of years. Healthy lifestyle means - exercise regularly, for at least 1 hour a day, take a balanced diet, avoid excess sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items, high milk products, aerated sweetened drinks (colas), fructose corn syrup containing products and highly processed foods. Maintain a normal weight (bmi <23 kg/m2) your present bmi is 27.01 kg/m2, showing definite over weight. That needs to be reduced (ideal body weight + 57 kgs). By following above things you can remain free from diabetes for a considerable number of years. Thanks for the question.

What Is Female Sexual Dysfunction?

Constant problems in women  during intimate activity is enough to send you or your partner in agony. It is important to understand that it can be due to female sexual dysfunction. Female sexual dysfunction can happen at any stage of a woman's life and can be lifelong, but os usually acquired later in life. Also it can be due to some situations or all sexual situations.

Symptoms
Women with sexual dysfunction might show the following symptoms:

  • Decreased sexual desire: A lack of interest and willingness to engage in sexual activity is the most common symptom of female sexual dysfunction.
  • Sexual arousal disorder: The desire of involving in sexual activity might be present, but it is difficult to become aroused or unable to maintain the arousal during the act.
  • Orgasmic disorder: One experiences repeated and constant difficulty in attaining orgasm despite of an orgasm and stimulation.
  • Sexual pain disorder: Pain is experienced on vaginal contact or stimulation

Causes
Following can contribute to dysfunction:

  • Medical conditions like kidney failure, heart diseases, cancer, and multiple sclerosis can lead to dysfunction. Some medicines like the antihistamines, antidepressants and blood pressure medicines can lead to a lowered sexual desire and an inability to experience orgasm.
  • Hormonal changes during pregnancy, after a baby and menopause also affect the sexual activity. The estrogen levels fall postmenopausal and change the genital tissues along with the sexual responsiveness. It is believed that a decrease in estrogen levels leads to a decrease in the blood flow of the pelvic region, thus leading to more time for an orgasm.
  • An anxiety or depression, which has not been treated can lead to sexual dysfunction. A history of sexual abuse or stress that has been present for a long time also leads to dysfunction.
  • A conflict with the partner in the relationship or about sex can also decrease sexual responsiveness.

Treatment
Non-medicated treatment

  • Openly communicating with your partner about your likes and dislikes makes a great difference
  • Regular exercising gives a boost to the stamina and elevates the mood thus increasing romantic feelings. Use of alcohol should be decreased
  • Taking help from a therapist in case of problems with sex and relationships
  • Use of device and lubricants can help in arousal

Saliva has certain proteins that make it an extremely poor carrier of HIV. As a result, kissing, sucking, and licking the lips, mouth, and tongue are basically safe.


Blood, however, is an ideal carrier for HIV, the virus that causes aids, and if anybody's blood enters the equation (or a mouth), things can get more complicated. If an infected partner has blood in his or her mouth, an open-mouth kiss could lead to transmission of the virus through the other partner's mucous membrane lining the inside of the mouth.

1. खिंचाव के निशान हटाने में

Stop alcohol if you want to safe your life firstly. Take a very light diet gourd will help you in hypertension and correct bleeding. Take 4 litres water per day. Avoid non veg dry fruits. For medicines I need more symptoms.

Hi, losing weight is simple. The right diet with a combination of exercise is the only way to do so. Eat healthy, eat small meals frequently, and eat low calorie high nutritional food. Start an exercise of 45 mins a day. Pick something that you enjoy whether it be yoga, walking, zumba, aerobics, swimming. Enjoy the process of getting transformed into a fit and healthy body.
