Get done x-ray soon, backache may worst if you avoid or take it lightly. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

It could be due to muscle cramp. Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos, Drink plenty of water with ORs/Electral, take rest. If no relief, consult. Take one tablet of Neurobion Forte daily for few days

You need to work on your rotator cuff musculature. Usually strengthening and stretching of the cuff and muscles around the shoulder helps. Once the endurance builds you wil not be experiencing any difficulty in throwing. Though thorough evaluation of shoulder and elbow is needed. I would recommend a visit to a sports physiotherapist nearby.

You take amrutaristha syrup 2 spoon add 2 spoon lukewarm water take after breakfast 2 spoon after lunch end 2 spoon after dinner for 4 days. If you have tempreture above 1oothan you take in support 250 mg paracetamol tablet two times in a day. Feedback to me after 4 days. If your tempreture not goes dowan than test ptyphoid fever. He is definitely diabetic. He has insulin -independent diabetes which means that he is still producing his endogenous insulin but at a slower speed, and thisefore can be controlled by diet management + oral antihypoglycaemic medicines and insulin thisapy is not required. He has high fasting sugar but pp is not done. So, get Post-prandial sugar test done or better get GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test) done that will give full idea of his Blood Sugar levels. Also get A1C test done which gives an idea of average blood sugar level over last 3 months. Diabetes cannot be cured till date in any thisapy, allopathy, homeopathy or aurvedic so far. If anyone claims to cure it, he is just be-fooling you and actually selling hopes to you, not cure. In near future cure may be possible by stem cell theory or immunological manipulations. Research is going on in these fields but is at very nascent stage at this time and no approved technology exists till date. Insulin pumps and implants may give long term relief and may approximate short term cure. He can manage his diabetes by diet control, exercises and life-style changes but in spite of that, if the sugar remains high, he would require oral antidiabetic medicines for that you need to consult your nearest or family doctor. Your uncle's sugar is not normal. How bad is it, can be accessed by A1C test.

For milk you have to take it progressively skimmed milk like take half glass and add water half and then monitor whether it suits you. You can add curd in your diet as per it suits. Non vegs are good sources of calcium and protein along with milk. Beans, almonds, broccoli, fish etc are rich source of calcium.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

,there are many causes of Headache . Eye problems (like weak eyesight, squint , etc.), sinusitis, Migrain, stress, improper sleep, poor nutrition acidity etc. For you complete eyecheck up is advised . If check up is OK....... watch for factors causing headache like stress, sun light cold, food items.If you have associated symptoma also, please mention , you may require further check up.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

It's nice to see you r well read. Since you r a software professional with obviously high computer usage. Please read up on computer vision syndrome and computer ergonomics. Also few exercises for people with long desk hours. You may be right attributing cause to tension headaches. Stress is one of the most common cause in our times. Learning relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation, reiki, praanayama etc helps us deal more positively with stress. You should consult a physician to rule out major causes. Also an eye exam for refractive error, muscle balance dryness etc. ENT dental and cervical problems can also cause headaches. A physician will refer if required.
