Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. Honitus syrp 2tsf thrice daily. If allergic avoid allergens. Antihistamines might be helpful. Hope this helps u.

Am suffering from stomach pain from last 5 years, now am feeling very pain in some times. I visited many hospitals about this, all are suggested ultrasound scanning. They told no problem. Some times am feeling in morning times and it will ok after taking break fast. If I sit in bend position my stomach will start paining. I have no problem in food taking and Motion. Hi! Acute gastritis is your problem Ultrasound is a useless test for you As you told u had pain subsided after food so it is typically gastritis Please get yourself upper GI endoscopy It is been 5 years already So please get the test by consulting gastro specialist Thank you.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

1. Take paracetamol 500mg, 1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to inadequate sleep stress and strain, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, avoid pronged use of cell phone 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. Consult me for further advice.

Hi, I'm asking about my friend. He was dancer. He met with small accident when he was practicing gymnastics.(before 5 yrs) it didn't hurt that much. But after 2 years he was unable to practice dance & all. & He left dance. But now a days it's hurting so much. Not only hands entire left hand portion. Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

There is possibility of Constipation causing stomach related symptoms. Cause can be due to less intake of fibers in the diet. Exercises make your gut move faster. Isabgol/Banana mixed in curd or milk is good source of fiber, which swells up with water, act as stool softener and build pressure.Drink a lukewarm water with half lemon juice and a spoon of Honey and walk will be of some help.or worms infestation. Get your stool tested for worms infestation.If eggs or cyst of worms is positive then consult your doctor for Deworming/ Amoebiasis treatment

Hello lybrate user, from the symptoms you are describing, the most probable diagnosis would be an infection. Tuberculosis is the most common infection in our country. Weight loss, fever along with it would support the diagnosis of an infection. I would suggest you to consult an orthopaedic surgeon as urgently as possible. It could probably be treated be medicines alone in the early stages. Later stages of destruction require might require surgery. There is no reason for panic but consult an orthopedic surgeon urgently and get x rays done and an mri of necessary.
