Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Can you kindly tell me whether you had any bony injury at the time of initial injury? also there are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. There is no such test. Well you can test for ra factor. Knee jt replacement is the last option. Depends on what is the condition of joint at present.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

You don't have to stop going to gym at all in fact it is good to work out regularly. But in moderation otherwise the muscles will get fatigued easily I think you should do maximum a one and half an hour regularly. Have rest in between giving gap you must drink plenty of water by mouth. Otherwise you will develop cramps.

I am ana positive. Fingers goes yellow then purple in winter. Swear pain in both under arms to shoulder. Burns and pain in nails.Please do help in this regard.

Even I have gone through the caesarian section recently, this back pain is genuine because of general anaesthesia is given through injection on lumbar vertebra. Another reason for backache is, we carry heavy weight during pregnancy this will lead to increase lumbar lordosis (spine curve. Due to this our back muscles tired causes back pain. No now come to the exercise part: *do gentle ankle toe movements and stretchings. *do static abdominal exercises (breath in then contract abs muscles-hold-relax) *knee to chest exercise: lying down on your bed or floor, bend your one leg knee towards your chest and breath out. Reposition your knee, now repeat this with another leg for at least 15-20 times. For further exercises and advice contact me personally. Thank you.

I had taken I pill abt 2 months back. My period came after about 21 days and it was very very light. Was different from normal period. Then after about 28 days I had normal period. I would advice you to wait for another week. Occasionally periods can be delayed due to stress, physical exertion or hormonal changes. If it still fails to come do a urine pregnancy test and then take progesterone tablets to bring about a bleed.
