first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

I am having pain in heels from past several months. Off late it has increased and I am finding difficulty in walking. The pain is now coming to the knees and then to the spine. Please let me know possible reason for the same.

Dear lybrate user the cause of the pain may be excess use of cold, dry and low quality foods which is opposite your body constitution. Indulgence of excess sexual intercourse, excess travelling, doing over work like exercises or sport activities, malnourishment of joints and bones, mental disturbances like worries, depression, anxiety, metabolic disorders, any physical injury, keeping hungry for long time and supressng natural urges for long time can lead and increase the pain. So avoid above causes and you can get relief to a greater extent by ayurvedic treatment.

Hello Dr. I am suffering from back pain since last 2 years. I lift up weight in gym without bending my knees so from that day onwards I am suffering from back pain. Hello lybrate-user nonulcer stomach pain is a term used to describe signs and symptoms of indigestion that have no obvious cause. Nonulcer stomach pain is also called functional dyspepsia or nonulcer dyspepsia. Nonulcer stomach pain is common and can be long lasting. Nonulcer stomach pain can cause signs and symptoms that resemble those of an ulcer, such as pain or discomfort in your upper abdomen, often accompanied by bloating, belching and nausea. Risk factors factors that can increase the risk of nonulcer stomach pain include: drinking too much alcohol or too many caffeinated beverages smoking taking certain medications, especially certain over-the-counter pain relievers, such as aspirin and ibuprofen (advil, motrin ib, others), which can cause stomach problems make changes to your diet changes to your diet and how you eat might help control your signs and symptoms. Consider trying to: eat smaller, more-frequent meals. Having an empty stomach can sometimes produce nonulcer stomach pain. Nothing but acid in your stomach may make you feel sick. Try eating a small snack, such as a cracker or a piece of fruit. Avoid skipping meals. Avoid large meals and overeating. Eat smaller meals more frequently. Avoid trigger foods. Some foods may trigger nonulcer stomach pain, such as fatty and spicy foods, carbonated beverages, caffeine, and alcohol. Chew your food slowly and thoroughly. Allow time for leisurely meals. Reduce stress in your daily life stress-reduction techniques may help you control your signs and symptoms. To reduce stress, spend time doing things that you enjoy, such as hobbies or sports. Relaxation therapy or yoga also may help. Rx asta churna 1/2_0_1/2tsp with buttermilk b/f shanka vati 1_1_1 with warm water b/f amla ras 10 ml_0_0 diluting in one cup water empty stomach for 20 days. Above medicines are available only in ayurvedic pharmacy.

FOrjoint pain the best treatment course would be to undergo vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. After undergoing vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee.

I delivered my 2nd daughter 1year & 1month ago and it's a normal delivery. I was feeding day & night till 1year & now only at nights ((ie.) 3 to 4 times after she started sleeping at night, till morning). Still I didn't get my menses. My bottom stomach & legs are painful, now & then, since the last 2 weeks.

As you are lactating still, you may not menstruate what is called lactational amenorrhoea. As you are waning breast feeding so be cautious about contraception. Preferably your husband use condoms till your menstruation starts then consult your gynaecologist for contraception advice.

I'm 27 year male old have severe headache and sometimes I pass off due to severity of pain and profuse sweating and than the pain disappears, at least for 8 -10 hours and again the same during summers. What could be the problem, kindly help me.

Hi headaches are caused due to sinusitis which may not be noticed as you must not be knowing its symptoms. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants.

Sir my heel pains after get up from sleep for few mints while walking after tha not pain wohle day. It happens whenever I get up from sleep.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Although there can be many causes for heel pain like spurs, fascial inflammation, infection, trauma etc but normally plantar fascitis is the most common cause especially if there is no history of any injury or any s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness etc. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. I am having pain in my lower back. Sometimes it is unbearable. I do have fever and frequent headaches with it. I happens for few days (2-4) but after taking painkillers it vanishes. Pls help.

Since you have recurrent fever with pain it means there may be some infection. Do not take it lightly. Get your complete blood test and x ray of lumber/sacral region. Do not take too much pain killer it may harm you. Do mild exercise of lumber region and sleep on hard bed.

I usually suffer from headache in every 2- 3days. My diet is proper. Then why this is so?

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurlmologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist 9. Consult me for further advice.
